Lil’ Bit has turned into a lap cat and hubby is thrilled. He caught a couple of great shots of her on his lap recently. She has come such a long way from the feral kitty we met a few years ago. We love her so much.

Oh, how happy that must make all of you…such SWEETIE, that Lil’Bit. And some ferals are meant to be just like her and are only looking for a forever home.
She wouldn’t leave our backyard so we kept feeding her and drawing her in. We’re so happy we did. 🙂
So sweet enjoying her lap. It feels so good when a cat jumps up to nap or for a cuddle.

Asshat- I mean, my dad- says he wants to borrow Lil’ Bit to teach ME how to be a lap cat. He just doesn’t get it. You know, old dog/new trick thingy?
We could do that. Some kitties love laps and others don’t. You made me laugh out loud with the asshat. 🙂

Teddy never has been a lap cat (sadly) but I will say at 30 lbs. I’m sort of glad he’s not – my bladder couldn’t take the pressure! HAHA She he definitely is though is a snuggly boy. Loves to cuddle up but not on a lap.

Some cats are not lap cats and some just want to be near you. That works too. Hugs, my friend. 🙂
To look at her, you would never know that she had been a feral. She certainly found herself a wonderful home.
You couldn’t get near her for such a long time. Open and door and she’d run and hide. Leave food and go back inside and eventually she would come eat what you left. 🙂

It took a very long time for her to become a lap cat. We all know that cats do things on their timetable, not ours. 🙂
she knows which side of her bread is buttered, and daddy’s lap is IT… so happy for her and for all 4 of you… ferals rock. Dan has had 3 ferals he moved inside that turned into lap cats. his outside 6 ferals are also lap cats.
If you love them they will become lap cats. They needed us, but we needed them more. Healing hugs all around and lots of scritches to handsome Beau. 🙂
