Our babies are into everything. Nothing is out of bounds. You open a drawer and one or the other is in the drawer. They lounge where they wish, do what they want and we’re perfectly fine with that. We love our kitties.

I’ve always been that way with fur babies. Years ago I had dogs that weren’t allowed on the furniture. The one dog would lay on the couch until he heard me coming then he would get down. I realized he knew the rule he just thought it was silly but out of respect for me he would follow it if I was looking.
We never tried to stop our pups from being on the couches. They just do what they do. Happy week, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. 🙂

Some people in the media for example, sorta make fun of the largesse from we pet parents that cats enjoy. They really do rule the household. And they go where they wish, do what they wish and we love seeing and talking about it. They never cease to love us and we never cease to love them. The cat in the drawer is funny. Is this Squeaker? That would scare me witless if a furball popped out like that, but I guess you’re used to it and the one…Lil Bit, right? Made me think of when I was a kid how we’d pretend to be in jail sitting in a chair like that. However, a cat’s brain works like this, “The hoomans are in jail. haha Had to laugh at the cat in the drawer. Sounds like the start of a Dr. Seuss book. So cute! We had a cat once that could open drawers and steal stuff from there, but never got in. I guess the other cat is the lookout. 🙂
