Lil’ Bit had to check out what dad was doing. She said she can’t read any of this because it’s in German. Squeaker just decided she would lounge on the scratcher. Sorry about the messy floor we hadn’t vacuumed yet.

I hope the rain stops and the sun comes out soon. It’s summer here. We’ve already had triple digit weather. A hug to you and lots of scritches to handsome Teddy. 🙂
I wouldn’t have been able to read it either if it was in German. Those floors look cleaner than mine. With a dog in the house it’s hard to keep them clean. I mopped yesterday and Gibbs walked across the wet floor covering it in paw prints.
We find the kitties pretty messy too. It doesn’t take much to vacuum each morning. Happy week, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. 🙂
Mom says to call our mom, she can read it for her. She lived in Germany for eleven years, speaks, reads and writes German. We even use some German commands.

Aw, the kitties are cutie-pies!! And I can’t read German either, even though as far back as I know all my ancestors are German – on both sides. I took French in elementary school because I had no choice, skipped language in Junior Hi, and finally was allowed to take Spanish in High School. Oh! And if you hadn’t said anything, I would never noticed you hadn’t vacuumed yet. The Z Kids shed more Golden fur in an hour than Lil Bit and Squeaker probably shed in a week or even a month! I literally had to buy a carpet rake to keep up with it because it kept choking the vacuum.
Hubby was stationed in Germany during the Vietnam war. He loved it. We got rid of carpeting and went with faux wood. Only the stairs has carpet. Easy to keep clean. Happy Awww Monday and week. 🙂
Yes, I’m sure, cats can smile. We see this on many days with the neighbourhood cat.

A funny German story
Willie was a new German Post Doc in Physics. He quite a dry and unexpected wit. WE had a grad student whose name was Morgan. One day when Morgan walked in the lab for a group meeting. Willie said Morgen, Morgan. The entire lab cracked up. From that day forward everyone said Morgen, Morgan to Morgan.

Good for him! I try to follow a German friend’s Instagram account and not cheat hitting the translate button when I have enough time. I can often glean the gist but idioms really mess with my brain. 😉 Hugs and tail wiggles from me and Wilson.

German? Why is it in German? And I didn’t see any messy floor (seriously!) Mine is constantly messy except right after I vacuum, about once a week!
Hubby loves to learn different languages and German is one of them. We usually vacuum every day to keep the floors clean. The kitties are messy. 🙂

My pup is definitely like Lil’ Bit. He always needs to know what I’m doing and if he needs me for whatever reason he uses his paws to stop my crocheting or typing and he’ll scratch on my craft table to stop me from sewing! He has me trained and I don’t mind at all. Love you Sandee and your little kitties too. I wish I could have a Squeaker. 🙂
