Potato salad is one of my favorites, too! My hubby turns up his nose, but I love globing guacamole on burgers (he prefers a nice slab of onion).

Be careful out there & don’t forget our four legged creatures get a little scared & nervous with the boom booms.. so an extra hug for them too!
I’m not going to overeat today. Rarely do I overeat. Bugger on that too. Yes this is a tough day for our four legged babies. I won’t overdo on the drinks either. We don’t party on the 4th. 🙂

This is what our family did often during the year back in our younger years. Go to a park and enjoy the day with a huge BBQ with all the sides. Happy 4th to you too. 🙂
