That is a lot of beaches! It would be fun to visit as many as you can, but with that amount, you would have to start when you are young.
I agree with you, Jackie. We could do it together. Happy Wednesday. Hugs. 🙂
I’ve always loved photos of these little “beach huts”……!!
Hugs, Pam
Me too. I’ve never been in one, but they are most inviting. Happy Wednesday, Pam. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to handsome Teddy. 🙂
what a cool fact to know! Thanks Sandee for sharing!
I thought so too. You’re most welcome. 🙂
Wow – that is a whole lotta beaches!
It would give you something to do every day for 27 years. Happy rest of the week, Duke. 🙂
That’s a lot of beaches. The picture reminds me of a drawing I did a while ago.
It sure is a lot of beaches. Have a great day and rest of the week, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. 🙂
We love those bright colored beach houses!

I thought this was a very interesting tidbit. Happy Wednesday, Eugenia. Hugs. 🙂
You find the most interesting tidbits, Sandee. I enjoy it. 😊
And I would never go into the water in any of them, but I do love those colorful beach houses. Alana ramblinwitham
I wouldn’t either. I’m more for being out on the water in a boat. 🙂
many beaches, but how many places where you can actually swim ;-)?
That I can’t answer, Klara. Looks like there are lots of sharks. Yikes on that. 🙂
Been several yrs since I have been to the beach. I might have to change that come next summer. But oh my gosh, that fall beautiful banner pics is amazing. I find that I love ocean and beach in the warmer months but no better time for the mts as the fall.
If there are tons of people on the beach then I won’t be there. I love the views from the beach though. Happy Wednesday and rest of the week. 🙂
That is a lot of beaches. I am not a beach fan, I like to be inland. 🙂 Thanks for hosting. Have a nice day. XO
I’m not a beach fan either. I’d rather be out on the water in a nice boat. Have a fabulous day, Ellen. Scritches to the kitties. 🙂
Oh, thank you, Sandee. I learned something new! It makes sense now that you share this info, why beaches feature so much in Aussie lifestyle.
Thank you.
Happy Wordless Wednesday, dear friend. Much love to you!
I try for tidbits of information on Wednesdays. Glad you enjoyed this. Love and hugs, my friend. 🙂
Thank you Sandee! Much love and hugs back to you.
I never knew Australia had that many beaches, but being surrounded by water, it makes sense.
It does make sense. That’s a whole love of beaches though. Happy Wednesday and rest of the week. 🙂
Any thing related to Australia has always been something I love. Over the summer I binged watched several older tv programs about OZ. especially in Sydney such beautiful scenery
Hugs cecilia
I agree with you. There are many places I would love to visit. Love and hugs to you and Kit and scritches to the kitties. 🙂
Wow, we had no idea!
I didn’t know this either. It makes sense though being surrounded by water. 🙂
The Lady would love to visit at least one Australian beach some day. ~Murphy
I’ve always wanted to go there too. Happy Wednesday and rest of the week. Scritches to the kitties. 🙂
I’m sure it’s pretty there but I would never go since the made it legal to kill feral cats.
I didn’t know that. Yikes. We don’t travel anymore. We’re homebodies. 🙂
Wonderful info about beaches and colorful bath houses photo ~ thanks,
Hugs and love from me and Ziggy ~ xo

I had no idea, but that country is surrounded by water. Happy WW and rest of the week. Love and hugs to you and Ziggy. 🙂
I think I read they also have a lot of sharks on those beaches! 10,000 beaches could lot of sharks!
I didn’t think about the sharks. I’ll stay on the beach. Happy Wordless Wednesday. 🙂
So many? 27 years? Incredible. But even I love beaches, I would not stay there.
I prefer here in this life.
Happy WW, dear Sandee! Hugs and love. A fabulous week ahead!❤️😘
We’re where we’re supposed to be, too. I’ve always wanted to visit Australia. Happy WW and rest of the week, Suzana. Hugs. 🙂

Loved this pic.
It makes sense since it’s surrounded by water. 🙂

It would be lovely to explore some of those Australian beaches! 😍 Amazing how many they have.
I think so too. We don’t travel anymore, but we can dream. Happy Wednesday and rest of the week. 🙂
On a beach at sunset…that’s the life!
It sure is. Nothing better than watching the sun set on the ocean. Happy Wednesday. Scritches to the kitties. 🙂
WOW, we would need a LOT of sunscreen on that jaunt. Great info, merci.
I agree. Happy WW and rest of the week. 🙂
As a paper white skinned, freckled redhead…beaches and I are NOT friends. 🙂
Not to me either. I’m old with thin skin. 🙂
Amazing, love those coloured houses. Reminds me so of a beach we visited way way back in SA.
Thank you, Sandee, for the weekly linkup party. Happy #WW.

I’m with you on that. Both the beaches and the rest of Australia. Double Pawkisses to you both and a big hug to Granny. 🙂
We have never been to a beach, and Mom says it has been many years since she actually went to a beach where she sat and enjoyed the sand and the water. But that is quite the colorful array of beach houses.
Woos – Misty and Timber
We’ve not been for quite a while, but we’re not far from the Pacific Ocean. Happy WW and rest of the week. Scritches to the pups and a big hug to you. 🙂
So, are these places people stay when they’re at the beach, or are they changing huts, BOL? I would like the beach without the sharks, please!
Changing huts. A good thing. Happy Wordless Wednesday. Scritches to the pups. 🙂
I knew most Americans wouldn’t stay in one of those even overnight!
I never knew they had so many beaches. I’m not a big beach fan. I prefer going to the pool, but I’m fair skinned so I don’t like sitting out in the sun too long. Have a great Wednesday and rest of the week!
I used to love the sun. No more. Happy Wordless Wednesday and rest of the week, Yvonne. 🙂
That would be a luxurious and decadent way to spend 27 years of your life.
I pray you and Mr. Zane have a blessed rest of your week. Hugs to you and scritches to Lil’ Bit and Squeaker.
I would love it. You and Mr. Sweetie have a blessed rest of the week, too. Love and hugs. 🙂
Was going to say, I recognise those beach houses….I don’t think we have any in NSW tho….
I figured you would recognize these. You live in a most beautiful country. Happy Wednesday and rest of the week, Lydia. 🙂
Such a beautiful image. And an amazing fact. 27 years to visit all 10,000 beaches! Wow. This world is truly amazing. Have a wonderful Wordless Wednesday!
It sure is. Happy Wednesday and rest of the week. Big hug to you. 🙂

A good thing to want. I would love and She shed too. Happy Wednesday and rest of the week. Big hug to you, prayers for Bob and lots of scritches to Beau. 🙂

Wow, that’s neat to have allowed those beaches
I meant to say all those beaches. I read Angel Bryan’s comment..I would like that Australia kids feral cats either
It’s an amazing fact. 🙂
An amazing fact! I’m happy with just one beach – the one a few steps away from my gate!
I would love to live on the beach somewhere. Can’t afford it, but would love it. Happy rest of the week, Keith. 🙂
10,000 beaches?? Holy shark bait!
Exactly. You made me laugh out loud. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to handsome Wilson. 🙂
