Even if we have snow here, I do not think I have the courage to learn skiing.
I know I wouldn't ski at my age. I'd hurt myself or worse. 🙂
I was in Tahoe once when it snowed. Not so unusual, you say. It was the first of August.
You can never tell about the weather in the mountains. It does what it does whenever it wants. 🙂
Beautiful as a vacation spot for a change of pace, but having to go out and work in the snow doesn't make me happy.

Skiing is what first messed up my knee. I don't miss skiing any more nor the cold weather. I enjoy the view.

Wow. No, i don't ski, i almost killed myself trying, but i might be willing to climb to see that in person.
I would probably kill myself if I tried. I used to be very athletic, but I'm old now. I'll do the climb with you though. 🙂
I like snows cenes but that's all. Snow means it's too cold. I forgot to do a WW post this week on my photo blog as I was busy drawing a new cartoon for my new comic.

Beautiful! It has been many years since I've been to Tahoe. Never could pick up skiing. For some reason my brain would not let me turn the skiis to the left.
I never tried. I went ice skating once and it was awful. That was on flat, not downhill. I would have probably killed myself on skis. 🙂

Very pretty picture find, Sandee. I don't like snow anymore, I left my snow shovels further north, Nebraska and New Hampshire. I would like it if I was still doing winter sports. I've siied New Hampshire, Colorado, and Iowa. Plus sledding. My childhood sled is in our garage now.

I did, Sandee. I would like to ski again but it would have to be the bunny slopes so I don't fall or crash. My artificial knee would complain, maybe pull off. Same for bicycle riding. Besides I like to go fast.
