  1. foguth – Though Jeanne began her career technical writing, her love of romantic-suspense, whether it be present, future or in an unknown galaxy inspired her to write the novels she wanted to find in bookstores. Since marrying, Jeanne and her husband have lived from the arctic to the tropics, as well as from yacht to off-grid mountain home. She loves using vivid colors and flowing shapes in her oil paintings as well as creating edible landscapes. At present, she is finishing writing the Chatterre Trilogy and working on a new episode for The Sea Purrtector Files. You can always find out what she is working on and/or contact her at: www.jeannefoguth.com.

    • They are always so alert. They have to be. Happy Wednesday, my friend. 🙂

    • Yes it is. When I was growing up we saw these often on our farm. 🙂

  2. Deer are such beautiful animals! We enjoy the three that visit our yard quite often so much. The other night Luke was extra excited, and that was because two more had joined the three. Hubby just hopes to see one with antlers one of these days. 🙂

    • You’re most welcome, Ellen. Thanks for being such a loyal participant. 🙂

  3. My Golden Life – Upstate South Carolina – I love animals, especially dogs. I enjoy US history, and reading biographies of our former presidents and other historical figures. I love the music of the '60s and '70s since I was growing up in those decades. I love the Beatles and Andy Williams equally.

    Perfect winter scene!!!

    • It’s cold here. Not as cold as where you are, but cold for me. I don’t care for winter. 🙂

Cooper Murphy says not to worry. His lips are sealed. He is sending purrs and paw-pats. Hugs and love, Janet
p.s. Thanks for linking us up.

    • I know he’s never tell his siblings. He loves his siblings. Happy Wordless Wednesday. Hugs back. 🙂

  5. Deborah – South San Francisco, CA – I am a Wise Woman who has been on a spiritual journey for many years. My wisdom was not gained through a higher education but through the University Of Life and all the insight, knowledge gained through the pain of trials and tribulations on the path of weeping to healing. Though I have come a long way, I am not done yet! I still have much wisdom to gain, more growth through pain, and the beauty of spirit that come by continual shedding of the old to receive the new! Sweet Blessings!

This is beautiful Sandee! I love the expressions on the first two animals! 😀

  6. Tails Around the Ranch – Denver, CO – The inspiration behind this blog was one knuckleheaded Standard Poodle named Sam but is now inspired by a House Pony-Wilson. I'm Monika, the upright. Living in the Denver metro area, we post about dogs, rescue and nature. So grab your favorite beverage and be prepared to howl along with our adventures. And don't forget to bark your 'pup-tacular' comment; we'd love to hear from you.

  9. Why does anyone want to shoot deer? Seems like an awfully sad thing to do, and they’re so darn beautiful. Well, I’ve decided to go ahead and finish the tree… lights an all! I’ll send you a picture if you like. I take pride in my Christmas decor. I always loved it and I usually don’t let anyone help me, but I have caved and now I let Dave help with ornaments. ~hahaha~ Then I have to get at my crocheting… Santa waits for no one ya know. His elves must work, work, work!!! ~hehehe~ Have a great day my sista from anotha mutha!!!! HUGS & have a great day!

    • Good on the tree. Yes a picture would be great. Love you bunches and thanks for playing along. 🙂

    • Yes they are. Living in a city I miss seeing them. Happy Wordless Wednesday. 🙂

  10. Also, who’s Marg? I’ve been meaning to ask you, but guess I’m getting old. I keep forgetting. Is she okay??? Now do you see that little boy with me? That’s my lil’ Angelo… MY GRANDSON! I haven’t seen him since last year when his mother had something to do in the next town over and I got him for the whole day! He had so many Christmas & birthday presents here not only from me, but from Auntie Tricia (my oldest) & Uncle Tony… my oldest son and of course Auntie MiMi & Daddy. Took us an hour and a half to open all the presents and playing a little too! Anyway, she moved and I haven’t heard from her since then. I miss him so much. Please pray to God for me that I get to see him for Christmas this time. Thank you. I miss him so very much. He was named after my daughter Angelina (her name would’ve been Angelo had she been a boy. Thank you & have a great day! HUGS – Anyone else if you’d give a prayer too wouldn’t hurt as they say! THANK YOU

I hope you get to see your baby this Christmas. Love you, Marie. 🙂

    • I hear you. They do dart right out there too. Scritches to all the pups. 🙂

    • I’m not much for winter. I’m a fair weather gal. Kisses back, Miss Ruby. 🙂

Deer are beautiful! However, recently a buck hit our car causing lots of damage. Be safe.
