Thank you for the giggles, here and on my blog. I have to say, that Polish chocolate bar ended up being way too sweet for me, but I’m not a big candy eater anyway. Blood oranges, however, have just an extra rich and pretty color with a very nice texture and taste. Amusingly, I researched online for translations of that candy wrapper and the Poles term the fruit simply ‘red’. I’m not as sure about the second word, but it seems to be a specific regional fruit. It sort of makes sense not to call the American version a ‘red orange’. Heh… Hope you’re having a lovely day.
I would love to give it a taste. I’ve not had a lot of sweets from other countries. I’d like to though. I’m an ice cream fan, but not much on candy. 🙂
