Thankful Thursday

It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for.

I think it’s a good thing to do each week.

Focus on the positive things in our lives.

Make sure you link up to the Blog Hop at Brian’s Home and get the code to put on your blog. Then visit all the participants.

I’m thankful that I have all my medical appointments almost completed. It seems when you are in your late 60s you spend a lot of time going from one medical appointment to another. Nothing wrong, it’s just the way of things.

I’m thankful that hubby and I are pretty healthy. We are funny to watch sometimes when we get up after being seated for a bit. We just laugh at ourselves and move on. Well we move on as soon as we work out the kinks.

I’m thankful for my friends. I have a lot of acquaintances, but just a few friends. They know who they are. They are most precious to me.

I’m thankful for all the pups and kitties I visit each week. You all bring me such joy. Many I love and that’s a wonderful thing.

What are you thankful for today?

Have a blessed Independence Day! And that photo is cool. Having ridden in a hot air balloon, I cannot believe it’s a real image as ocean winds I’ve experienced are highly unpredictable but I like the lighthouse in the scene with the balloons’ pretty contrasting brilliance. Be well!

“Lurching around like Frankenstein” is a description someone used once to describe how they are when they first get up. Pretty much sums it up! 🙂 Glad to know you and your hubby are relatively healthy, Sandy! Without good health, everything else becomes less important. I’m thankful for that, too, minor aches, pains and annoyances aside.
