Thankful Thursday

It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for.

I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.

Make sure you link up to the Blog Hop at Brian’s Home and get the code to put on your blog. Then visit all the participants.

I’m thankful for having enough to eat. There are many that go to bed each night hungry. Not only in other countries, but here in America. No one should be hungry.

I’m thankful for having a home and a place to rest my head each night. Everyone should have a home and a place to rest their head each night.

I’m thankful for having modern conveniences, like appliances, toilets and showers, a washer and dryer and a vehicle to get me to all the places I need to go. I’m thankful each and every day for all the blessings I have.

What are you thankful for today?

When Mom thinks of people here in the 1800’s, she is amazed that anyone survived. That was a tough life. We have it on easy street these days for most things. Just living without heat and a/c would be so tough.

I agree, we should all be thankful that we have the things you mentioned, they are necessities not wants and there are millions of others who live with out that. the refuges in the fire in New York, come to mind. the building caught fire and 19 died. our cites here are full of people who are hungry and living desolate lives. and also countries that most of the country is the same. I am also thankful for the necessites of life

Mom and Dad agree – so many things in their everyday lives (and ours too) to be thankful for. We always seem to have “enough”, and the peeps do try very hard to share with others in need.

    Dearest Sandee,

So good to be here. I know its been ages and I apologise for being awol.

Loved your gratitude post and I decided to hop in with my word of the year post, as I’m so grateful for having been entrusted with this lovely word for 2022.

    How are things with you?
I love you gratitude list as even I give gratitude every day for these apparently insignificant things which are so valuable in our lives. The cosy blanket I get to snuggle and sleep in, the heater, hot water baths, the delicious food on our plates, my comfy pillow, my warm clothes as the temperature dips and so much more.

Sending you warm hugs, blue skies, and dollops of love, laughter and peace in 2022.

Rainbow hugs my friend. <3 <3
