It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for.

I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.

I’m thankful that today is Thanksgiving here in America. Although I’m thankful for each day that’s given today is traditionally a day with family. I’m thankful for my family. I’m thankful for all the blessings hubby and I have. We worked hard to make sure our retirement would be comfortable in our golden years. We also know that health issues could derail all that hard work. We are thankful that we are in good health and hope that continues as we age.

So to all those that celebrate Thanksgiving, I wish you a special day filled with many blessings.

    Counting my blessings as well this day like every day. We’re doing our best to make sure DH’s retirement is secure. It’s kind of scary how liberal politicians want to get a hold of what we’ve put aside. This sort of thing has happened in other countries. I pray that it never comes to that here. I have been sober since 02/02/2022 prior sober date 12/12/1990. I've been married to my Celestine since March 1,1980 and lost her to kidney failure October 2020
