Thankful Thursday

It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for.

I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.

Make sure you link up to the Blog Hop at Brian’s Home and get the code to put on your blog. Then visit all the participants.

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Melody Beattie

If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough. Meister Eckhart

Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things. Robert Breault

Among the things you can give and still keep are your word, a smile, and a grateful heart. Zig Ziglar

What are you thankful for today?

    • Yes indeed, Nancy. We have more than we need here too and we make sure we give back to those in need. 🙂

  1. Great quotes! It’s important to always be thankful for what you have and not to be greedy. Many people have so much less, and it is not about material things, it is about life and what is important.

  2. I love the quotes that you has this morning. I have thanks for the many friends who have shown me respect throughout my life, never called me a negative name ( there have been a few but not many ) and those who assisted me in my life. As I reached 70 years of age, I know that many people have loved me for me. I’m thankful for that.. I’m also thankful for my blogging friends. You all make my day. Thanks Sandee.

    • I hope you don’t get that freeze. I don’t like the freeze either. 🙂

    • We’re having a pretty nice day too. It’s going to rain starting tomorrow and last through the weekend. 🙂
