I started menopause about 6 months ago and thankfully the hot flashes havent’ been too bad so far, have a nice week.
They are long past for me, but I so remember them. Not fun at all. 🙂

Patience has never been one of our mom’s strong points, but she has gotten better at it as she has gotten older, which is good for us! Aging doesn’t get any easier.
