I think I must be the exception to the rule about stress bringing on weight loss.
Warning labels are crazy any more. How did people get to the point where they need some of those.

Mom loves the top two. She says these days the news and labels reduce the need for people to have common sense.

Stress sometimes slips in on me but not to the point where I lose weight. It has the opposite effect on me, I tend to eat when I’m stressed which can a few extra pounds. Thankfully, it never gets too out of hand. These days I try to recognize the problem for what it is, something that’s out of my hands, and turn it over to God. 🙂

When I was working I was stressed more than not and I was very thin. I’m not stressed anymore. 🙂
