Sometimes Mom will be so tired she keeps falling asleep on the couch so we go to bed and she can’t sleep at all. The brain one is funny!

If I could turn back the food clock I’d turn it back to about 2005 when there were all kinds of good food we celiacs could enjoy. Now there are more gluten-free foods in the shops but many of them are contaminated with glyphosate, which makes more people sicker in about the same way gluten does us. I try not to be tiresome about this. Happy Tuesday to youall!

I’m frequently sleepy all day except when I’m suppose to be. That’s so annoying! And, I’m all for “Making Food Great Again”. Let’s get back to simpler ingredients, less processing, nothing artificial, … The stuff that’s going into our food or on our crops causes us more harm then what you can actually get from the food.
