My body is having a hissy fit too. I broke an ankle about three weeks ago (I live about an hour from my job and in an upstairs apartment, so trust me when I say this is no fun) and I can’t exercise. All of the suddent, the weight is piling on like it’s allowed to be here, and I’m not quite sure what to do with it. I’ll be glad when I am healed up and can start moving again. I miss the metabolism of my youth!
I didn’t know you broke you ankle. Get well soon. I hate not having mobility. Healing hugs. 🙂
