    And he thinks this will win him votes?

    Sandee 4 winners here. Wonder what it is about bubble wrap that is so enticing!!?? Currently there is so much construction of everything here. I will never understand why huge complexes are built in existing areas, BUT NO ONE THINKS ABOUT infrastructure beforehand. Never seems to dawn on them that utilities might not be up to the new loads until there is a breakdown.
