That is one cute and happy kitten! Mom has never had any interest in space, so she would never go if she got the chance.

I think I love space with Star Trek. I would have loved to have been on that ship. 🙂

  5. Margret Abbott – I am a wife, mother of 3, mother in law of 3, and grandma of 8 The important things in my life are my relationship with the Lord, my family, friends, and pets. I am active in my little country church. I love to read, create whimsical Fairy and critter garden spots and spend time with family and friends. Our pups along with Graham and Gus Kitties have been entertaining folks with their antics so I thought it would be fun to devote a blog to them.
  6. messymimi's meanderings – In south Louisiana\'s beautiful swamps.
    messymimi's meanderings says:

That is a picture of pure feline bliss.

Writing reports is the bane of law enforcement everywhere. My friend Diane tells of a really not very bright member of her family who was once caught by a military MP on base property (he didn’t realize it, back then the whole thing wasn’t fenced in) with all sorts of stuff he shouldn’t have had on base — his shotgun was in the back window of the truck, shotgun shells all over the backseat of the truck, empty bottles, etc.. The MP looked at the guy, who had obviously been drinking, and told him, “I don’t want to spend all night writing up the report this would take, so go straight home and don’t ever let me catch you on this base again!”

Hope you and Mr. Zane have a wonderful weekend of sailing. Hugs!

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

Great story. Yes report writing is very difficult for some and easy for others. It’s the who, what, when and how. Sometimes you can even get the why, but I rarely went there. Let the reader do that. The big thing is your report can follow you into court and then you’ll know if you’re a good report writer or not. If there is a mistake the defense team will be all over it. I didn’t let that happen.

You and Mr. Sweetie have a wonderful weekend too. We’re off to the boat. 🙂

  7. Cecilia Upchurch says:

OMCs as if that sweet chin and adorable nose isn’t enough make me squeal you have on a bowtie..
I took accordion for 3 years, I was so excited to show my teacher that I had learned to play Lady of Spain by ear. He WAS VERY VERY upset with me. Scolded me and told me to never do that again ( this was in 1959). That was the wrong way to handle the situation. I think there should have been at least some encouragement..then tell me why I should not do that.
Anyway. As an adult, I’ve often wished I could play guitar
    Hugs Cecilia

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

Oh that teacher should have not done that. Encouragement is what kids need. To know we are supporting them and helping them along. Shame on that teacher.

Have a great day and weekend, honey. Big hug. 🙂

  8. Binky – Wombania – Wombie comic strips twice a week.
    Binky says:

Well I certainly wouldn’t pass on a chance to take a trip into space! Maybe I could play a violin up there.

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

When I was younger I would have gone too, but at almost 70 that ship has sailed. 🙂

  9. foguth – Though Jeanne began her career technical writing, her love of romantic-suspense, whether it be present, future or in an unknown galaxy inspired her to write the novels she wanted to find in bookstores. Since marrying, Jeanne and her husband have lived from the arctic to the tropics, as well as from yacht to off-grid mountain home. She loves using vivid colors and flowing shapes in her oil paintings as well as creating edible landscapes. Love your Fill-ins Sandee! I have to agree with NOT wanting to be an astronaut. Between getting the shot on Tuesday and some after effects and yard work (protection for the tulips from the deer) I did NOT get a post pulled together yesterday! Marv was not pleased that stupid Flowers took precedence over his Feline Friday! I told him it was because he stayed out until after midnight on Tuesday evening, but he is still sulking. He does want to tell you to have a marvellously happy weekend and he sends whisker kisses.

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.

You should never make Marv upset. He’s my main man you know. He loves you and you love him back. Scritches all around, a smooch to Marv and a huge hug to you. Happy weekend. 🙂

  19. Wing Commander Basil & The B Team – UK – Well, now there's a question! Furstly and most importantly I'm a cat if mew hadn't already guessed. I got my Wing Commander status in September 2018 but that hasn't slowed me up at all! I tweet, Instacat, FB, Tumble & Pin too and now there's Basil TV on YouTube. All in all I'm a thoroughly Modern Cat; a cat of the 21st century, mew might say. My human & Purrsonal Assistant aka P.A. is Cathrine Garnell, and she writes books including a tale about my fictional alter ego, Basil the Bionic Cat. [See Books Page] I live in a multi-cat household, and mew can meet the rest of The B Team here most days of the week, as they all like a turn on the blog. I like mice, but then don't we all? I also like fresh tuna, chicken and prawns. I LOVE catnip, not in any excess I might add before mew jump to any wild conclusions. Thanks so much for dropping by, as we The B Team, love making new furriends, so do leave us a comment and say hi.
Wing Commander Basil & The B Team says:

Our mom wishes she knew how to fly. She knows she can’t, on account of she’s got no wings and she’s not even a bird or anything, but she thinks flying would be so fun. So then you’d think maybe she’d say yes to the space thing cuz of the flying there aspect – nope. She wants her flying to be about tree top level max. Anyway, we love that picture you posted. That happy little baby in the sun is the cutest. Purrs!

Oh my goodness, cutest kitty pic ever. 🙂 Your report writing answer gave me a good chuckle. I’ve done a bit of that in my life too. I don’t miss it. 🙂

I wish I knew how to play Minecraft so I could play with my son (I get lost in that game as soon as it begins).
If offered a free trip to space, I would say no thank you (can’t miss work you know, lololol!).
Hope is the most exciting thing in my life right now (since I’m ready to buy a house now but have been utterly and completely outpriced by the market -_- ). They’re asking $200k for a shack right now, and they’re selling!!! So crazy.
I could give a long lecture on the topic of creating travel boards on Pinterest. 😉 🙂

Thanks for playing along. Love your answers. Wait the housing market out. Keep saving money until it’s a buyers market. Happy weekend. 🙂

      • Rosey says:

Yes! It’s my only choice. I’m not sure how much higher houses can go up, it’s to the point where I wouldn’t even WANT to own a house at these prices because it’s not a good value for the money. The house I had my eye on when it was in my income range is now over $440k and there’s no way I can afford that on my salary. Nor would I get it if I could.
