  1. foguth – Though Jeanne began her career technical writing, her love of romantic-suspense, whether it be present, future or in an unknown galaxy inspired her to write the novels she wanted to find in bookstores. Since marrying, Jeanne and her husband have lived from the arctic to the tropics, as well as from yacht to off-grid mountain home. She loves using vivid colors and flowing shapes in her oil paintings as well as creating edible landscapes. At present, she is finishing writing the Chatterre Trilogy and working on a new episode for The Sea Purrtector Files. I agree with #2. This time last year we had just come home from a midweek break. Whoever could possibly have imagined what was to come!

It is getting worse. It’s such a shame and most of it is Hollywood, politicians, the media and social media. 🙂

We’re planning on going to the boat weekend after this weekend. Getting the boat ready is the first step. 🙂

    My GBGV Life says:

Crazy it has been almost a year since this whole virus thing started. Mom says life will never be the same. Now they are saying people will wear masks even when they are no longer required. It is really time to get things back to normal, but that will be different. Happy weekend.

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

I don’t think things will ever be the same either. Happy weekend to you too. 🙂

You’re braver than we are. We hear so much ugly about the vaccine. Not going to go there until I know more. 🙂

The cat pictures you find always have cats with gorgeous eyes.

Hooray for boating! Yes, warm is the best weather.

You and Mr. Zane have a blessed and beautiful weekend. Hugs!

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

Me too. That would work for me too. We get humidity in the winter months, but not much during the summer months. Happy about that. Hugs my friend. 🙂

  6. Cathy Kennedy says:

    Sandee,

    What beautiful blue eyes!

I keep hoping hate and division would stop, too. It’s not meant to be in this life time, though. Unfortunately, we will not know true peace until we cross through the Pearlie gates. The other place is home to those with hearts filled with hatred because Jesus can’t live in an ugly heart. A year ago today, I don’t believe I had any appointments but things were still under normal operations. By this time, I remember President Trump saying we can expect cautionary measures to stay in place for 18 months and I was thinking, “No way!” But, it’s looking like it’s true. DH is expected to work from home until at least the end of July. I’m thankful that his employer has employees who are on top of their jobs working diligently from home to keep the business running smoothly and that he still has a job. Many can’t say that. God gets full credit for placing DH with his employer. They are really good people. I like weather that’s not too hot or cold, as well. I’m ready for spring! It won’t be long before you can get out on the boat again. 🙂

Have a good weekend, my friend!

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

I don’t think it will ever end. Some people are so unhappy aren’t they.

Your husband is indeed lucky to have such a good job. I’m happy for you both.

You have a great weekend, Cathy. Love and hugs. 🙂

I wish the hate and division would stop, as well, but it doesn’t appear it is going away anytime soon. This time last year we were making plans to go to Blue Ridge for my hubby’s birthday, which unfortunately we didn’t go due to the virus. I love cool weather – 50 to 70 works for me. That is a beautiful kitty and Happy Friday!

I agree with all your answers- especially number 1. I truly do not understand why there are so many people who just want to hate and cause problems. We are all in this mess together and the least we could do is try to be kind. Have a good weekend with your sweetheart and spring will appear soon!
