Love that picture of the cat.
The only way I would want a huge home is if I had someone who did all the cleaning.
I’m ready to go back to the way things used to be too. I’m tired of having a mask on everywhere I go.

I hear you on the cleaning. Our home is pretty large, but we can handle it just fine. For now. 🙂

Great kitty Valentines photo. After living small for ten years in Europe, Mom wanted space. We don’t have a huge house, but one with enough space and we like it that way. Have a wonderful weekend!

      Sandee says:

You do need enough, not to much just enough. Good for you and you have a wonderful weekend too. 🙂

  3. Sandra Hangey says:

Your answers to number 2 number 3 and number 4 I agree with all of those for me. I used to want a horse but now I don’t. And the first one the first thing that popped in my mind was years ago I had a hysterectomy I have no clue why that popped in my mind. I could have said years ago I had a 68 Camaro! The cat in that photo you posted is absolutely one of the most beautiful cats I’ve ever seen

  4. foguth – Though Jeanne began her career technical writing, her love of romantic-suspense, whether it be present, future or in an unknown galaxy inspired her to write the novels she wanted to find in bookstores. Since marrying, Jeanne and her husband have lived from the arctic to the tropics, as well as from yacht to off-grid mountain home. She loves using vivid colors and flowing shapes in her oil paintings as well as creating edible landscapes. At present, she is finishing writing the Chatterre Trilogy and working on a new episode for The Sea Purrtector Files. OMCs Sandee if that beautiful kitty had a freckle on her nose she could be Angel Madi’s twin.
My first car was a 1967 baby blue Mustang with a navy vinyl top and bucket seats…I loved that car too.

I googled Ford Pinto. I used to have a 3 litre Ford Capri which looked similar. That car could move! That was in my girl racer days, now I drive more sedately even though hubby doesn’t think so.
I long to go out again and not have to wear a mask, but because of low immunity due to my cancer pills I can’t afford to take any chances. Hopefully we will get our shots by the end of the month.
The Valentine kitty is very cute.

    L.M.G. Miller says:

What a lovely kitty! And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! When I was younger I used think it might be nice to have a big home, but I’ve definitely changed my mind on that. Not only would I find it annoying to clean and overall maintain a huge house, as well as to have to travel far just to get to a certain room, but I have a hind limb paralyzed kitty who would probably have more trouble maneuvering a large house. I plan on always sharing my life with specially abled kitties and/or pups, so a simple house that’s easy to maneuver will always be what I want. I love the humble home I currently share with my furbabies. Have a wonderful weekend!

I’m with you on a small and simple home. Less is more. Thank you for co-hosting the fun. You have a wonderful weekend too. 🙂

Love the kitty and heart photo! We’re glad we didn’t have to wear masks! 🐈🐈‍⬛😺

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

Yes a Pinto and I loved that car. You and Mr. Sweetie have a wonderful weekend and Happy Valentines Day. 🙂

  19. The OP Pack says:

Every Friday we come here and find another beautiful kitty – today’s is so appropriate for Valentine’s Day.

Mom would love a smaller home too, but not Dad:) And Mom wants one with the master bedroom on the first floor:)

    Bette A. Stevens says:

We had a Ford Pinto and loved it too! 🙂 Loved to drive it along the coast with windows down in the summer… Our house is far to big for us now, but we’ll probably stay here for a few more years. Have a great weekend, Sandee!

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

They were so economical back in the day. Dangerous with that gas tank, but I didn’t find out about that gas tank until after the car was gone. You have a great weekend too, Bette. 🙂

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

That’s what I thought too. Not as impressive as your cats, but cute nonetheless. 🙂

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

No, we’re not doing the vaccine at this point. We don’t go anywhere and we’ve not been sick. I’m looking forward to no masks too. 🙂

  22. Tails Around the Ranch – Denver, CO – The inspiration behind this blog was one knuckleheaded Standard Poodle named Sam but is now inspired by a House Pony-Wilson. I'm Monika, the upright. Living in the Denver metro area, we post about dogs, rescue and nature. So grab your favorite beverage and be prepared to howl along with our adventures. And don't forget to bark your 'pup-tacular' comment; we'd love to hear from you.
    Tails Around the Ranch says:

A Pinto?! Oh gosh, that took me back. My brother’s had a Pinto and had a flame paint job put on it. Loved it! Have a super weekend.

  23. Wing Commander Basil & The B Team – UK – Well, now there's a question! Furstly and most importantly I'm a cat if mew hadn't already guessed. I got my Wing Commander status in September 2018 but that hasn't slowed me up at all! I tweet, Instacat, FB, Tumble & Pin too and now there's Basil TV on YouTube. All in all I'm a thoroughly Modern Cat; a cat of the 21st century, mew might say. My human & Purrsonal Assistant aka P.A. is Cathrine Garnell, and she writes books including a tale about my fictional alter ego, Basil the Bionic Cat. [See Books Page] I live in a multi-cat household, and mew can meet the rest of The B Team here most days of the week, as they all like a turn on the blog. I like mice, but then don't we all? I also like fresh tuna, chicken and prawns. I LOVE catnip, not in any excess I might add before mew jump to any wild conclusions. Thanks so much for dropping by, as we The B Team, love making new furriends, so do leave us a comment and say hi.
Wing Commander Basil &amp The B Team says:

Epic fill-ins and we hope mew are having a fantastic weekend! ❤❤❤
