It is pretty unbelievable that this is November already. This year went by way too fast. I can’t say that I’m much looking forward to the holidays either.
I wish I did something constructive when I’m dealing with stress but I go right for the comfort food.

Yes it’s hard to believe that it’s November already. Oh well. I love comfort food. 🙂

  3. foguth – Though Jeanne began her career technical writing, her love of romantic-suspense, whether it be present, future or in an unknown galaxy inspired her to write the novels she wanted to find in bookstores. Since marrying, Jeanne and her husband have lived from the arctic to the tropics, as well as from yacht to off-grid mountain home. She loves using vivid colors and flowing shapes in her oil paintings as well as creating edible landscapes. At present, she is finishing writing the Chatterre Trilogy and working on a new episode for The Sea Purrtector Files. You can always find out what she is working on and/or contact her at: www.jeannefoguth.com.
    foguth says:

Meowser Ms. Sandee, I’m right there with you on comfort food!!! (Hate this diet – hate diets in general!) However, we disagree on the holidays – I’m totally excited about them. In fact, it is trying my patience to leave Thanksgiving decorations up for 3 more weeks when all I want to do is purrpare for Christmas — BTW, I believe it will be a wonderful Christmas this year because all the nasty crap should be over and done with by then, so we can celebrate!!!!

This year just flew by! I am looking forward to the holidays because it’s something to look forward to – decorating, listening to Christmas music, watching the same Christmas Hallmark movies I’ve watched many times before. The holidays will be different but I am going to make the best of it. 🦃🎄Happy Friday!

We usually go to an all inclusive hotel for 4 days over Christmas and meet up with all the friends we have made there. I cancelled it a month or so ago as I wouldn’t feel safe mixing with others, so now I am not looking forward to Christmas either.

  16. The OP Pack says:

What a gorgeous picture. It looks like kitty is in part hunter, part sweetheart mode. 🙂

I can’t reach for the comfort food. Since my emergency hysterectomy a few years ago, I gain weight so easy and it is now very hard to get off. Adjusting my whole life style to accommodate, but still happy I had the surgery.

I never thought I would say this, but I’m happy I had a hysterectomy (lol, on my mind from my comment).
I can’t believe the weekend is finally here!
Praying is how I deal with stress.
Now is the perfect time to get my shower taken, so I can get the kiddo to basketball practice. 🙂

    Have a wonderful weekend!!
