  1. Sandee,

What a sweet image! Christmas is almost here, can you believe it? I hope you’re enjoying the beautiful holiday season and let me say now, MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR! I know life is going to get more hectic before this week ends. lol 😉

    • You would look most handsome with that bow tie, Steve. You have a great day too, Steve. 🙂

    • Thanks. Also thanks for participating in the Awww Monday Blog Hop. Most appreciated. 🙂

    • Prayers for Two Two are still in progress. I hope the last visit to the vet makes things right for her. You have a good day too, Marg. 🙂

  2. Surely you heard my awwww what a beautiful image. Angel Madi often sat by the tree in Awww I kept an ornament w a bell inside on the bottom branch. It never bother her but she knew I knew. Now I think of they saying when you hear a bell an angel gets her wings. Madi hand many sets of wings.
    Hugs cecilia

    • Yes, Madi still has many sets of wings. Our Little Bit did too. We are convinced she’s returned to us to let us know she’s okay. We love them so. Hugs to you my friend. 🙂

    • Yes, they do enjoy a good Christmas tree. They can destroy that tree in no time too. 🙂

  3. foguth – Though Jeanne began her career technical writing, her love of romantic-suspense, whether it be present, future or in an unknown galaxy inspired her to write the novels she wanted to find in bookstores. Since marrying, Jeanne and her husband have lived from the arctic to the tropics, as well as from yacht to off-grid mountain home. She loves using vivid colors and flowing shapes in her oil paintings as well as creating edible landscapes. At present, she is finishing writing the Chatterre Trilogy and working on a new episode for The Sea Purrtector Files. You can always find out what she is working on and/or contact her at: www.jeannefoguth.com.

That is a lovely painting!… I’m also impressed that the cat has the sense not to be in the tree.

    • Perhaps the cat is figuring out how to get into the tree. It’s probably the case. 🙂

    • Almost as cute as Ms. Zoe, but not quite. Happy day to you and your wonderful mom. 🙂

    • As long as they are just looking all is right with the world. You’re a good mancat Marv. My best to your mom. 🙂

    • You’re most welcome, Ellen. I hope you have a great week too. Get over that cold the great one gave you and hubby. 🙂

    • Thanks and thanks for participating in Awww Mondays. Most appreciated Father Tom. 🙂

    • Yes indeed and they will find every single one and destroy same. It’s the way some cats roll. 🙂

  4. So lovely! It’s kind of what we’re going through here. We haven’t put a tree up in years because of the cats. But we decided to do a small one this year. I guess the cats have mellowed enough now that they leave it alone. So, far only one has napped under it! Fingers crossed! LOL!

    • They mellow don’t they. Yes they do. Like us. What we used to do in our youth isn’t anything we want to do now. I hope your tree survives the season. 🙂

    • I hadn’t thought of that, but Binky is right. You have a blessed day too, Darla. 🙂

  5. I love when artists capture all of the whiskers on a kitty’s face in profile!

    • I had to go back and look. I missed that. Thanks for mentioning what I didn’t see. 🙂

  6. Chirpy Cats – We are a clowder of chirpy felines sharing our space with two humans who adore us. We love to share tips on helping cats live enriched lives with their people and other fun cat stuff.

We can’t get enough of cute cats admiring Christmas trees. xx have a super Monday furriends!

    • As long as they aren’t destroying them, we’re happy. Thanks for participating in Awww Mondays. 🙂

  7. Memories of Eric and Flynn – I started this blog to show my holiday photos but haven't added to it for so long, but you can see my other holiday photos at https://allatseawithme.blogspot.com My main blog is my cat blog at https://twodevoncats.blogspot.com
    Memories of Eric and Flynn

So sweet. An indoor tree always fascinated my boys who were much more used to climbing the outdoor trees. Flynn soon got the hang of climbing up through the centre. Eric tried to go up the outside and of course pulled it over.

    • Trees and kitties go together because they love to climb, but Christmas trees take a beating with kitties around. 🙂

I see a very curious cat. Will he live to tell the tale 🙂 ((Hugs))

    • After that tree is destroyed I’m sure he will live to tell the tale. Hugs. 🙂

    • That or destruction. Kitties and Christmas trees usually don’t go together well. 🙂
