  4. foguth – Though Jeanne began her career technical writing, her love of romantic-suspense, whether it be present, future or in an unknown galaxy inspired her to write the novels she wanted to find in bookstores. Since marrying, Jeanne and her husband have lived from the arctic to the tropics, as well as from yacht to off-grid mountain home. She loves using vivid colors and flowing shapes in her oil paintings as well as creating edible landscapes. At present, she is finishing writing the Chatterre Trilogy and working on a new episode for The Sea Purrtector Files. What a pair of Sun Conures! They are much nicer in photos than in real life…. Isn’t it a shame that the most beautiful birds have the worst screech?!? I know this very well because cousins Quark and Boson are Sun Conures…. and us cats aren’t allowed to mess with them, even when Boson likes to pretend to dive bomb us…. They can crack walnuts with their beak, which is why we’re supposed to stay away.

  6. Deborah – South San Francisco, CA – I am a Wise Woman who has been on a spiritual journey for many years. My wisdom was not gained through a higher education but through the University Of Life and all the insight, knowledge gained through the pain of trials and tribulations on the path of weeping to healing. Though I have come a long way, I am not done yet! I still have much wisdom to gain, more growth through pain, and the beauty of spirit that come by continual shedding of the old to receive the new! Sweet Blessings!

  10. Adorapurr – President of the Ber Month Fan Club.
    Adorapurr says:

We used to have birds at our house. That was before Mom started adopting every stray kitty who asked for a home. We had a parrot who ate lamp shades and picture frames on the wall. We had a talking cockatiel who whistled tv theme songs, and giggled when he ate peas. We had four parakeets rescued from PetsMart because the stoopid hoomons cut their wings so short they couldn’t fly to the perches to eat or drink. Mom misses having birds. But Daddy says he’d like to get a Macaw. Pretty sure that would keep a certain Wabbit in line around here. Love, Dori
