We had a week long cruise the week before last and I had a major gallstones attack on the first day. I couldn’t drink, could only keep down soup and never got off the ship. At least I lost 8 pounds during that week which I needed to but not in that way. Have to look for another cruise now to get over that one!
I remember your post on that. I say you need a do over too. You’re probably the only person that’s ever gone on a cruise and lost weight. 🙂
I am sure you are right. At least my hospital check up was good yesterday. Just have to wait for my next CT scan now, then we’ll be away again.

The beach scene says relaxation. I’d like to do a little of that but not in the water. It’s getting scary with the recent shark attacks along North Carolina beaches. It’s not safe to go in the water!
