Fall Foliage in Central Park – New York City
WOW, what a beautiful view. Love that reflection in the water.
Some photographers really capture their subjects. Like this one did. 🙂
What a beautiful photo for this time of year! The colors of the leaves and the reflection are beautiful, and we can feel the cool air too.
I love this time of year. The wonderful weather and all the beautiful colors. 🙂
Wow, what a great picture. It is so nice to have it cooler. Sandee, you and Zane have a wonderful day.
Yes, it’s been a long and hot summer. I’m loving the cooler weather. You have a wonderful day too, Marg. 🙂
Beautiful photo. The Bow Bridge in Central Park is one of my favorites! I work about two blocks from Central Park, so I get to enjoy this view on a semi-regular basis. How lucky am I? 🙂
Thank you for hosting, my friend. Have a great Wednesday!
Good for you. What a view you have indeed and I’d say you’re very lucky. I’m most honored to host WW. You have a great Wednesday too. 🙂
Cleveland Amory always said there were times when NYC could be beautiful — when snow had newly fallen and softened everything before it was disturbed was one. It seems dressed in her autumn colors is another.
I can believe that. Undisturbed it is beautiful. And dressed in her autumn colors is indeed another. 🙂
That pretty scene would be hard to beat!
It sure would be hard to beat. This just jumped off the page at me. 🙂
What a lovely photo and bridge love the reflection effect too 🙂
Have an autumnaltastic WWS ➡
Reflections are often cooler than the original. That ripple effect.
Thanks for linking me on your WW post today. Most appreciated.
You have an autumnaltastic WW too, Steve. 🙂
Love the photo …. Don’t know what it is about old fashioned stone bridges, but to my eye, they’re works of art.
Yes they are a work of art, Jeanne. What a beautiful park this is. 🙂
Good-morning, Sandee! Thank you for hosting the mid-week fun. It’s another gorgeous fall day here in east Tennessee with a chilly 43º and October is just about gone. Have a blessed Wednesday, my friend!
I’ve had the heater on the last two days. It doesn’t go on during they day, but the nights and mornings it does. Cold here too. 🙂
WOW! I just love, love, love the colors of Fall.
Happy WW, Sandee
Me too, Veronica, me too. Happy WW to you too. 🙂
I would love to go to Central Park in the fall. I want to go to NYC now. Have a great day! 🙂
I would love to see Central Park too. In the fall of course. You have a great day too, Ellen. 🙂
Stunning image!
Yes indeed, Darla. May you have a stunning day. 🙂
What a wonderful and beautiful photo. Thanks for sharing it with us.
You are most welcome, Patrick. We don’t get a lot of fall colors here so I always want to see all the fall colors from other places. 🙂
My peep used to drive from NY to central Connecticut via the Merritt Parkway with the top down. Glorious in October.
I’ll bet. With the top down and the wind in your hair. Nothing better than that. 🙂
I love fall colors, they are so comforting to me for some reason. Great Wordless Wednesday Sandee. Have a wonderful day.
LOVE & ((HUGS)) coming at you ❤ 🤗
Fall colors are comforting to me too. Love and hugs back, Jody. 🙂
Our leaves are mostly green but looking forward to the changes,
What few trees we have around here are just starting to turn color. 🙂
Beautiful place!
Yes indeed, Nancy. I’d love to take a long walk there someday. 🙂
BeaUtiful.
Jean
Hope all is well with you and yours.
Jean
It sure is, Jean. Scritches to the kitties. 🙂
What a gorgeous view! Wish I was there.
Hope your day is SPECTACULAR!!!
Love Barb
My day has been spectacular so far. I hope your day is even better. Scritches to Marv and Ninja. Love you back. 🙂
I’d love to take a leisurely stroll under those blue skies and technicolor leaves across that beautiful bridge.
Hugs Cecila
How about we talk a walk together? Then we could talk and enjoy the scenery and each others company. 🙂
Gosh, what a beautiful photo! You always feature such wonderful photos! I wish our leaves were so colorful. Still green in our yard and neighborhood
I search for cool stuff. Thank you for loving what I post. We don’t get a lot of color here. Mostly palm trees and they are always green. 🙂
Hi Sandee, what beautiful vibrant colours. I love the mirror effect in the water. It’s a view I’d happily enjoy whilst munching on a sandwich.
xx
Reflections are amazing aren’t they. It would be a great place to have lunch. May I join you? 🙂
we have that fiery foliage all over the place here in Canada–i love it!
I would love to see the fall colors that way. I’ve either lived in evergreens or palm trees. 🙂
WOWZERS!!! That is one amazing photo. Mom really misses not seeing all the vibrant fall colors from New England where she spent the first 37 years of her life.
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
I hear New England is the place to see the fall colors. I’d like to do that at least once. 🙂
Oh my heavens, what an exquisite scene!
Some photographer knew how to set this shot up perfectly. 🙂
Indeed, and the quality of light is spectacular.
Gorgeous image!
I agree. Makes you want to go to Central Park right now. 🙂
Well, love really does make the world go round don’t you think? Look at the pic! Under that picture it looks like a circle. UGHHHHHH I must be losin’ it! Thank you so much for stopping by. I can’t wait until I can get it back together. My blog is really catching heck because of it. No one stops by anymore 🙁 & my numbers are going down, down, down! Oh well… whatcha gonna do??? WHO LOVES YA BABY!!!!!!!!!!!! HUGSSSSSSSSS
I’m sorry you’re losing your visitors and your numbers. You’ll build it all back up when you get better. I know you will. My are pretty bad too since I switched from Blogger to WordPress. Oh well. Big hugs back. 🙂
I’ve never seen that perspective in Central Park.
At least you’ve been there. I’ve never even been to New York. 🙂
Beautiful!! This would make a great puzzle. ((Hugs))
It would make a beautiful puzzle. Hugs back. 🙂
We never seem to manage the completely “wordless” part! BOL
I never seem to manage it either. Oh well, we’re rule breakers. 🙂
Another panoramic goodie photo ~ Xox to you from Ms. Zoe ~ ^_^
You’re a photographer so you know how to do these kinds of shots. Bunches of xoxo to Ms. Zoe. 🙂
That’s a whole lot of lovely right there. My son has never been to NYC (only one in the family not to go yet). I’d love to surprise him soon. We’ll see. 🙂
Oh he would love that. I’m sure you’ll make it happen. 🙂
That’s a very skillfully taken picture.
I agree with you, Binky. This photographer knew how to take the very best photographs. 🙂
Isn’t that just lovely?! What a great time to visit NY 🙂
I’ve never been there, but if I was going to go I think I’d want to go in the fall. 🙂
Wowsa! That pic is just beautifuls! Ma loves reflections!
Kisses,
Ruby ♥
I love reflections too, Ruby. Kisses back. 🙂
Autumn in all its glory in NYC! Awesome!
In all it’s glory is right. 🙂
wonderful photo! Hugs to you two!
Hugs back and have a great time on your vacation. Love to you both. 🙂
What a gorgeous photo. Nothing goes together better than autumn colors and blue sky!
I agree. It’s picture perfect. 🙂
Seymour’s afraid he’d fall off that bridge…otherwise, awesome!
Seymour isn’t afraid of much. I know that for a fact. 🙂
