I would too. I love all things boats. 🙂
What a beautiful view Little Venice is so quaint, we have an area just up the road from me called Little Venice with a canal going through etc.
Have a floattatsic WWS 🙂
How fun, Steve. I didn’t know you had Little Venice in London. 🙂
I’d love to visit Venice someday. And yes, ride on a gondola too.

Have a great rest of the week, Sandee! Starting today I will be away visiting friends.
I do have two posts this week, though I may not be able to respond. Enjoy 🙂
I would doubt they do.
You have a great week visiting friends. 🙂

Yes it would. Ellen. You’re most welcome for hosting. 🙂
Venice via gondola seems very romantic. Have you ever been there?
I’ve not been there, but know people that have and it’s ever so romantic according to them. 🙂
So much more beautiful than boring old streets.
Isn’t that the truth, Jan. 🙂
Oh gosh! Such a beautiful city….I was only 15 when I rode a gondola and walked over the Bridge of Sighs. One of these days I hope Russell and I can go there. Have a lovely hug filled day Sandee and Zane!
Lucky you. How fun. You’ve been to many places. You have a lovely hug filled day too, Kathe and Russell. 🙂

Great to see a comment from you. It’s been a long time. I’ll put you in my feed. I think I lost you somehow. 🙂

A beautiful city. No visit to Venice is complete without a gondola ride. Maybe one day…
I agree, if you’re going to visit you need to have a gondola ride. 🙂
Who cares about canals? Where’s the nearest pizzeria?
You’re my kind of bird, Kismet. You really are. 🙂
Isn’t that beautiful!! That is a place I would love to visit.
I hear you. What’s not to love about Venice? 🙂
A gorgeous photo!
Yes it is. A heavenly place to go too. 🙂
I would love to see Venice before it completely disappears into the Adriatic Sea. Heck, I’d like to see any part of Italy!!
Yes, any part of Italy would be wonderful. 🙂
Beautiful Wordless Wednesday. My link is in. It’s special this week.
Thanks for participating once again. Yes yours is very special this week. 🙂
Mom would love to sail down that canal in a gondola one day. It sure looks pretty there.
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
I hope your mom gets to do this someday. It is indeed a very pretty place. 🙂
I wonder how cats get around with the waterfilled canals?
The same way people do. On a gondola. 🙂
Such a beautiful picture! 😻
It sure is, Linda. A trip of a lifetime. 🙂
Mom would love to see Venice but us cats think life in Venice would be very difficult. Any fish in the canals?
Shoko
Yes there are fish, but fishing is restricted in some areas. I hope your mom gets to see Venice someday. 🙂
Beautiful photo of Venice ~ such a fascinating city ~ Xox to you from Ms. Z ^_^

There are lots of places I still want to see. This is the only one left on my list that I really, REALLY want to see.
I hope you get to see it someday. You so deserve to. 🙂
Venice is definitely on our list of places to visit! Looks so beautiful!
It sure does. So romantic looking. 🙂
Thanks for linking us up. That’s a fabulous photo. I absolutely love Italy. My favorite city is Sienna, but it is all wonderful. When we went to Venice we stayed on the island of Murano, where they make all the beautiful glass. Wish I could go back.
You and your husband have traveled a lot. Good for you. One should go where they want to go. 🙂
Definitely on my bucket list!
I hope you are having a most wonderful day!
love Barb
Yes, we’re having a most wonderful day. I hope you and Marv are too. 🙂
That’s an amazing picture. I want to go there!
I’m guessing most of us woudn’t turn down the chance to go here. 🙂
Beautiful! I can only imagine how fabulous it would be to see Venice!
I can only imagine too, Eugenia. 🙂
See it before it sinks!
That’s what everyone says. 🙂
Venice is such a fascinating city. I found some unusual pizza there but I’m not sure if it was typical or just for the tourists.
I’m sure there are lots of food they think the tourists want. That’s not always the case. 🙂
Oooh, Venice is so gorgeous. It’s on my bucket list.
