Seljalandsfoss, Iceland – This incredible waterfall, along Iceland’s southern coast, is fed by melting water from the famed glacier-capped Eyjafjallajokull volcano. This powerful waterfall cascades into a pretty meadow but is best known for the walking path that runs behind the curtain of water where visitors can enjoy a truly unique viewpoint.

There are so many amazing places in the world. I want to see them all, including this one! 😀
I’m with you, Karen. So many amazing places to visit. 🙂
This is a beautiful scene!
And thanks for playing along. 🙂
You’re welcome. 🙂
What a beautiful place! So many places I’d love to see in this world! San Diego is on that list!
Hope you’re having a wonderful week, Sandee!
San Diego is a must see. You could spend several weeks there and still not see everything. It would take three days to see the San Diego Zoo. You’ll love San Diego. 🙂
Great photo selection, Sandee. I heard something weird about an escaped Icelandic prisoner today while I was half asleep. I think he walked right out of the prison then got onto a commercial flight with the prime minister. Unless I dreamed it, it does look like some kind of dreamscape outside right now.
What a fun dream. I like it. Might as well have a spiced up version of your dream. Excellent. 🙂
Could somebody please pronounce the name of the place and the volcano?
Sorry, can’t help you with that. I’ve no clue how to pronounce the city or the volcano. 🙂
Oh my gosh, that’s a down & out miracle anyone could catch such a shot!! Oh Lord, I wish I was there right now! That’s one awesome picture! I’d definitely blow it up and put it on my frontroom wall for sure! Thanks for sharing!
It’s is very beautiful. Thanks for linking up today. 🙂
That certainly is a beautiful view.
It sure is, Binky. Breathtaking. 🙂
Wow! That’s gorgeous!
Someone knew a lot about taking photographs didn’t they. 🙂
I’m late commenting but this is such an amazing view. For some reason yesterday when I was on my tablet it didn’t want to let me visit here. Lucky for me my computer says it’s OK 🙂
WordPress was down for several hours yesterday. It wasn’t you, it was WordPress Business accounts. 🙂
I added my sister to the list LuckyHiro. (I tried to add the script to hers as she doesn’t know how but for some reason, couldn’t make it work right so just did it here)
That was one cute little one. Thanks for linking up. 🙂
Thank you for visiting her! It made her very happy.
Beautiful! By the way, i tried to visit your blog yesterday several times and could not, it kept saying the server stopped responding.
My site was down most of the afternoon. They got it back up around 4:30 my time. I didn’t much care for it either. Only the Business accounts were affected. 🙂
Such a stunning view!
I thought so too, Nancy. Glad you like it. 🙂
oh my that is exquisite!! Oh how I would LOVE to go to Ireland one day! Green is my favorite color 🙂
Ireland would be good too. Everything is so green because of all the rain. 🙂
OMW! Absolutely stunning.
Yes it is. That’s what I thought when I found this photograph. 🙂
That waterfall image is beautiful. Iceland is on my bucket list.
If I had a bucket list Iceland would be on it as well. 🙂
Wow what a beautiful place! I like that you share a little bio piece about each picture, because it helps me to learn something new 🙂
If I don’t share about the piece then people will ask. It’s good to link it to where I found it so people can find out more. I always appreciate that too. 🙂
