That looks beautiful. I wish we’d live somewhere with snow 🤗
I wouldn’t mind visiting for a bit. Get away from the hustle and bustle. This isn’t far from where we live. 🙂
cool 🙂
Yes! It seems like a fine bloggers’ retreat. 😀
Oh that would be a great bloggers retreat. 🙂
It looks beautiful. I never think of California as having snow!
There are lots of snow here in the mountains. They close the passes in the wintertime. 🙂
It sure is pretty. I can’t see me taking a vacation somewhere for the snow though. If I’m going on vacation I want sunshine and sandy beaches.
I know you wouldn’t, but I would for a week or two. 🙂
What a beautiful photo I never thought California had snow too it sounds like a lovely fun place I have got my tickets already lol 🙂
Have a wintertastic WWS 👍
They do in Northern California and in the mountains. 🙂
It’s just gorgeous!
It is indeed. You’d love to romp here wouldn’t you? 🙂
I never thought California had snow too !
What a beautiful photo!
Happy Wednesday, Sandee!
It does, but only in the Northern part and the mountains. 🙂
California really has the best of all worlds when it comes to weather. It’s a state I would love to visit. Two of my grown kids have been and they just loved it!
In some things yes and in other things it’s horrible. 🙂
I’ve only been to California once and would love to go back, even though we have enough winter where I live right now. That is a pretty sight. Alana ramblinwitham
It’s not the same as it once was. It’s a shame. 🙂
Sandee,
I do love beautiful wintry landscapes in photographs but I don’t want to live in a place where it looks like this mostly throughout the colder months. 🙂 Very gorgeous scene, though!
I love to visit the snow, but I’m happy it doesn’t snow here. 🙂
A very beautiful ‘painting’ with white. I have no idea why, but in my mind California was an warm country! Shame on me! 😊
Happy WW, Sandee! A pleasant week ahead!
It’s warm more than not, but in places there is snow. Have a great rest of the week, Suzana. 🙂
Snowy holiday destinations sound almost surreal to me! No such places here in SA. But how gorgeous is that setting!
Happy WWW!

We’ve not gone to the snow in a few years. Need to fix that. With Covid we don’t get out much. Happy WW. 🙂
That looks fantastic! We would love to bound around in all that pretty snow!
I know your pups would love romping here. I wish I could be with you when you do. 🙂
That’s so beautiful! Placer County certainly sounds like a wonderful destination. 🙂
Happy Wednesday, Sandee!
It’s a fun place in the winter and the summer. 🙂
i agree it is gorgeous. I would love to visit this place when the snow is melted and gone and cool not cold temps. It sounds wonderful for those that are close enough to visit for a week end or a few days.
It’s a fun place in the spring, summer and fall, Sandra. 🙂
Ohhhhh, that looks beautiful! Sort of like the inside of the freezer when it needs to be defrosted… is it that cold? We don’t get snow in this part of Florida, but I’m sure it must be more fun than defrosting the freezer. BTW, I’m filling in for Ms. Purrseidon today… she hasn’t been herself since Ms Saphera went away.
Merlin
Merlin did wonderful today. It’s cold here and you need to dress properly or you’ll be in trouble. It’s beautiful though. 🙂
Beautiful ~ but I see no link up ~ ???? Xo
I put it in late, Carol. My mind is somewhere else I think. Love and hugs to you and Angel. 🙂
What a beautiful photo…love those blue skies in Placer County, CA!!
Hugs Cecilia
It’s a fun place in the summer or the winter. Need to go back to visit. With Covid we just go to the boat. Big hugs. 🙂
Ooops no link up…I’ll be back
Hugs C
I have a new laptop and I’ve spent several days getting all my files moved and programs downloaded, so I’ve been preoccupied. 🙂
Very pretty, that looks like here this past weekend!
Fresh snow is beautiful, but so much work if you want to go somewhere. 🙂
That looks like here, but I think we have even more snow.
You did get a huge storm. I’ve a few friends that have had more snow this year than in many years. 🙂
Looks like a beautiful place. Thanks for hosting. Have a great day. XO
It does and you’re most welcome, Ellen. Scritches to the kitties. 🙂
Sandee it looks like a beautiful place to live! Here is my link to my entry there was no way to enter it? – https://awisewomansjourney.wordpress.com/2022/01/19/topsail-sunrise/
Have a wonderful Wednesday and week! Hugs! 🙂 <3
It’s fun place. We’ve not been there for some years. We need to fix that. Happy WW and hugs back. 🙂

I’m glad you came back and linked up. Love and hugs to you both. 🙂
Snow is gorgeous if one does not have to shovel it.
That’s the downside for sure. 🙂
What a gorgeous winter scene, Sandee! Happy Wednesday!
Yes and pretty soon I’ll be shifting to spring. 🙂
Yay!
Very pretty for winter ~ Wish Wisconsin looked like that right now. We need more falling snow!
Some folks are getting to much and others not enough. 🙂
We wish to go there one day one day, Sandee, but only when it’s Summer⛄Warm Pawkisses for a Happy Day🐾😽💞
It’s fun there in the summer, Little Binky. Pawkisses to you and my best to your Granny. 🙂
Gorgeous but way too cold looking for us.
I’m a fair weather kind of gal too. It’s fun to visit though. 🙂
Shuffle from a far
Indeed, Paul. Hope you’re doing better. 🙂
I’ve never heard of Roseville, CA – it looks beautiful, thanks for sharing it with us.
It’s not to far from us and we used to travel though now and then. Fun place to explore. 🙂
I’m pretty sure most people don’t get a mental picture of snow capped mountains when they think of California. Just an example of how diverse the climate is in the Golden State.
They probably don’t my friend. Happy Wordless Wednesday. 🙂
A word of warning. Visit before you hit Reno or you may not have gas money to get back.
Simply beautiful, I’d love to see it for real – wrapped up warm of course!
We have some great places to go for snow here. 🙂
What a beautiful scene!!! Wish we were there. We had beautiful snow all through our yard a few days ago but with two days of temps in the forties and fifties, it is mostly gone. Now the bitter cold is back.
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
It’s like spring in the afternoons. We need rain. Scritches to the pups. 🙂
How beautiful! I’m glad there are snow places for you guys! It looks a lot like around here! We love pawticipating in your hops and Wordless Wednesday is one of our favorites! Have a marvellously happy day!
I love having you. I love all of you and especially Marv. 🙂
the place sounds (and looks like fairy tale). all the best in 2022, dear Sandee.
It’s a beautiful place, Klara. Best in 2022 too. 🙂
Happy Wordless Wednesday!! Such an incredible looking place. We wish we could get enough snow to do some sledding, but snow really doesn’t really fall high enough. Thanks for sharing. Have a great rest of your day.
We don’t get snow here, but it’s sure beautiful. 🙂
Oh, the wonder of it all! 😍😘 Happy Wednesday, Sandee… Have a lovely week!
Yes indeed. Happy Wednesday, Bette. You have a lovely day and week too. 🙂
Beautiful, but way too cold for me!
Hope where you are it’s warm. <3
Me too, but I’d tough it out for a week or two. It’s warm here. 🙂
That would be a nice change for a couple of days, as long as i had plenty of hot drinks and a warm fireplace.
I hear you. It’s most peaceful in snow country. I so remember some wonderful vacations. Big hug. 🙂
So beautiful! Even though I don’t want to deal with the snow in person, I do like looking at the pictures. Happy Wednesday!
I don’t mind vacationing for a couple of week, but I don’t want to be part of snow removal. 🙂
beautiful, and I’ll have to visit as it is not so far from me in the bay area!
It’s a slower moving area than the bay area. Happy day. 🙂
A real winter wonderland!
Indeed. I’m about to go for my second walk of the and it’s like spring out. We need rain. 🙂
Wow! Its beautiful. I would love to experience being in a place that has snow, maybe for a day and night and feel how it is like.
It’s so beautiful as long as you dress right. Staying in and being warm is fun too. A hot drink, a good book and a large window to see the snow. 🙂
Looks like a terrific place to visit…in the summertime!
Although it looks gorgeous in this image.
Then too, but it’s nice in the winter for a week or two. Happy Thursday. 🙂
I agree with you there. I love the snow, but don’t want to deal with it. 🙂
So very pretty. I love Roseville.
Me too. It’s a quaint place to explore. 🙂
As snowed down as can be.
Love this stunning winter wonderland.
It’s been a very harsh winter this year and we are still reeling under a cold wave here ever since the year started. I miss the ample doses of sunshine, as all we see these days are clouds, fog and frosty days.
But I’m not going to complain and say how thankful I am for a warm, cosy home and hot water baths and piping hot food. :-))
Warm hugs and loads of love Sandee dearest. <3
It’s cold here too, but the afternoons are delightful. Not for long, but long enough to get some warm and sun. Warm hugs and love to you , Natasha. 🙂
This place looks beautiful draped in white. Would love to visit it someday but until then, pictures like these should do.
I would love to vacation there for a week or two. A pile of books and no television or devices. Heaven. Nice to meet you. 🙂
Absolutely! And some hot chocolate to go with it 🙂
