Sorry for the double link. I accidentally linked the wrong blog post.
🙁
I left them both. Not to worry. I don’t mind one bit. I love Miss Bailey. 🙂
Such a lush thick blanket of snow and gorgeous trees. I bet it’s nice getting inside and snuggling by the fire there.
Happy Wednesday, Sandee! xx
It is wonderful, Caz. I know how wonderful it is. 🙂
Now why is it that I find this so appealing when I hate snow so much?…lol
Because it’s away from civilization. We are both alike where that is concerned. 🙂
What a lovely wintry scene nice pic Sandee 🙂
Have a sledgetastic WWS 🙂
Yes it is and I would love to be there for a couple of weeks. You have a sledtastic WW too, Steve. 🙂
As long as someone else is building the fire and digging a path in the snow, I am so there. What a beautiful scene.
If hubby with make sure there is firewood I’ll be happy to keep it stoked. I’ll even help with the shoveling. 🙂
Very pretty in a picture, but i’m not so sure i’d want to live there. Happy Wednesday!
I wouldn’t mind being there for a couple of weeks. The peace and quiet would be wonderful. 🙂
What a beautiful photo, Sandee. All that snow!
Yes and I wouldn’t mind being there for a couple of weeks. 🙂
What a beautiful picture…perfect for the season
Hugs Cecilia
Yes it is and that’s why I posted it today. A quiet and peaceful place to enjoy winter. 🙂
What a beautiful winter scene. Looks just like our house…in our dreams. 😉
Dreams are a wonderful thing for sure. You all enjoy that snow. 🙂
If only Christmas really was like that. Usually it just rains here!
Purrs xx
Athena and Marie
We usually have decent weather for Christmas. Not always, but usually. We stay in so it really doesn’t matter. 🙂
So pretty and it looks nice and toasty inside the cabin.
I’m sure it is. Nothing like a real fireplace or wood stove for warmth. 🙂
What a wonderful place to live. Nice and quiet and peaceful. Sandee, you and Zane have a fabulous day.
Yes all the things we love. We don’t care for the big cities. Love you Marg. 🙂
Meowser Ms. Sandee! Mom said that looked like the purrfect winter get-away…. no power lines should mean no TV, just a nice cozy fine and plenty of time to cuddle kitties and read!!!
Purrseidon
I would be just fine without electricity. I’m just saying. Happy Wednesday. 🙂
That really is very pretty but the Dad said he’d hate to shovel their driveway!
That makes two of us. I would care for that work either. 🙂
That’s beautiful! What a beautiful and peaceful place, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. 🙂
Hope you’re well, Sandee. Happy Wednesday!
Yes, it’s my kind of quiet and peaceful. We are well and I hope you are too. Happy Wednesday. 🙂
Such a beautiful scene. I would love to have a log cabin. Have a great day. Thank you for hosting 🙂 XO
Me too, Ellen. It would be most wonderful. 🙂
I’m a tropical bird and that gives me the chills.
I’m sure it does, Kismet. You’re in the right place. 🙂
Wow, what a beautiful Christmas card this would be. Thanks Sandee.
Cruisin Paul
It would make a nice card indeed. 🙂
That is pretty to look at, but I prefer central heat and amenities.
I hear you, but I’ve lived in a house that only had a wood stove. It’s quite delightful. 🙂
It is a beautiful picture. Looks so cold and lonely out there.
Cold and quiet works for me. I’m never lonely no matter where I am. 🙂
Snow is so pretty. Doesn’t look like we’ll have a white Christmas this year, though. Happy Wednesday! <3
It’s been years and years since I’ve had a white Christmas. I’m good with that. Happy Wednesday, Barbara. 🙂
A cabin in the woods or on a lake always seemed like the ultimate get-away place to me. We just never made it happen. Oh well, that’s how life goes. Have a blessed week.
It would be for us too, my friend. 🙂
beautiful picture. sunny and cold here, no snow.
It’s partly cloudy here and it’s very chilly. 🙂
I love scenes like this. I imagine the inside of the cabin is cozy and warm. Happy Wednesday, Sandee.
Yes indeed, Eugenia. I want to spend some time there with hubby. We would love it. 🙂
Yes, we would enjoy spending time there, as well. 😉
Looks like a nice place to get away from it all (as long as they have a warm fire).
I agree, Binky. Need the fire and some kerosene lamps. 🙂
What an amazing winter scene! It reminds me of my house in the woods, and it makes me wonder if I could take a photo like that of it at night!
I would love to spend a couple week there and living off the land. Hubby would love it too. 🙂
I think I have seen that scene before – very pretty – but very lonely!
Yes, I’ve seen it before too, but it so says winter. 🙂
very beautiful especially if it has no cell reception or internet! Electricity would be nice.
Hubby would love a real fire and kerosene lamp. He would be fine with that. He’s a mountain man. 🙂
Knock 40 years off my aga and I would be game to try that life too. But now instead of fishing or hunting game, I eat medicine tablets and have the energy of a maxed out gerbil at best!
What a beautiful winter scene!!! We had lots of snow like that and our trees were sparkling with ice and snow, but we don’t have a cozy cabin. The snow is melting now:( We hope it sticks around for a white Christmas.
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
I hope you have a white Christmas too. Thanks for playing along. It’s most appreciated. Scritches to the pups and a big hug to you . 🙂
Excellent photo that draws one into the idyllic ~ light, warm cabin and snow scene ~ ^_^
Xox from Zoe and me ~ ^_^
Happy Moments to You,
A ShutterBug Explores,
aka (A Creative Harbor)
Yes indeed. It’s my kind of get away. Happy moments to you and Ms. Zoe. 🙂
So perfect for this time of the year!
That’s what I thought when I found this. Some place I’d like to enjoy this time of year. 🙂
I must say my dear friend you’ve got class. You can tell it in your pictures for sure. Love the little gingerbread men and your lonely winter cabin. So the Christmas rush begins. Are you done with your shopping yet or wrapping? I’m for sure not. My oldest daughter comes tomorrow to put me back in the Christmas spirit hopefully. I’m sure she’ll do it. My first born… ahhhh take me back to when I was young… right? hahahaha Luv ya gal…. hugs Are you done with your shopping??? ~hehehehe~
We are all done and I delivered my last gift yesterday. It’s just hubby and I as usual. Everyone else is busy doing their thing and we’re good with that. Love you bunches, honey. 🙂
What a beautiful and peaceful scene! I can just picture being curled up and cozy in front of the fireplace with Luke. Oh, and hubby too. LOL
And a good book. Scritches to Luke. I love Luke. 🙂
What a beautiful picture. As long as I had a good log fire burning I would love to be there.
Yes, you’d have that for sure. Nothing like a wood stove or fireplace for warmth. It’s way nicer than a heater. 🙂
I like snow 🙂
Me too, from afar mostly. I would stay here for a couple of weeks though. 🙂
It certainly looks that way to the west of here.
We don’t get snow here and I’m happy about that. 🙂
What a beautiful, peaceful picture.
Yes indeed. It would be a great getaway. Thanks for playing along. 🙂
Oh, I can almost smell the hot chocolate and muffins! That’s a FABulous way to spend Christmas!
Thanks for the day dream….
Kisses,
Ruby ♥
I would love it too, Miss Ruby. Kisses back. 🙂
oh my what a lovely photo! Happy days to you and Zane!
I want to be there. Happy days to you and Russell and an extra treat for Miss Lucy. 🙂
Such a beautiful setting. Very lovely.
I thought so too, Patrick. 🙂
Silent night …. so beautiful!
That’s a great song for this photograph. 🙂
That image has Peace and Joy written all over it.
It does and I would love to visit there for a bit. 🙂
