Memories. Growing up as a “Hoosier Girl” … Indiana Dunes was a place to go! Especially during teen year … so again, thanks for the memories …
I would have loved to visit here when I was in Indiana. 🙂
How glorious!
Yes and most of us could use some glorious. 🙂
WOW! What a beautiful picture, Sandee. Let’s go to the beach😎😸Pawkisses for a wonderful day🐾😽💞
Okay, I’ll meet you there, Little Binky. 🙂
Watch out! We want to run down that sand path and jump into the inviting water!
I’m guessing a lot of folks did just that. 🙂
Great picture. Just look at all those foot prints going down the water. Sandee, you and Zane have one terrific day.
Looks like it’s a popular place indeed. You have a terrific day too, Marg. 🙂
That is so pretty, I’d love to play in that sand!
Me too, Brian. It would be great fun. 🙂
Beautiful blue skies! Thank you, Ms. Sandee, I needed to see that … Now that Dorian the slowpoke has finally passed, I dare to hope that our portion of the sky will return to normal… As is, we’re still overcast and getting 15-20 mph gusts, which is about half the strength it was, yesterday.
Purrseidon
I hope the sun comes out and life is good again. 🙂
Lovely photo, Sandee.
Happy Weds!
Thank you Veronica. Happy Wednesday to you too. 🙂

Such a beautiful view. Blue sky and blue sea.
It’s a lake, but it looks like the ocean doesn’t it. The sand fools you. 🙂
Sandee,
Well, you know I’m a rule breaker with this mid-week hop and today, I’m kicking off something new. Instead of not-so-Wordless Wednesday I’ve renamed it to Wild Wednesdays for bloggers to promote whatever they are doing mid-week. Come join the fun when you get a chance and a wild, wonderful Wednesday, darlin’!
Okay, great idea. I’ll link up. 🙂
From the look of the footptints, all the human lemmings went into the sea and vanished.
Some won’t be missed and some will. 🙂
Beautifully serene and peaceful! Happy Wednesday!
I doesn’t get any better than that, Eugenia. Happy Wednesday to you too. 🙂
Looks Heavenly. I have been there before decades ago.
I wish I’d known about this place when I was in Indiana. 🙂

I hope it isn’t either. Awful storm. 🙂
Beautiful beach scene.
I hope the beaches being battered by the hurricane will bounce back soon. <3
I hope the same thing, Barbara. 🙂
I have friends in Ohio who drive to Indiana Dunes each summer. 🙂
And I can see why. I would too. 🙂
It looks so beautiful. I wish I was there!
I wish I was there too. Happy Wednesday. 🙂
BEAUTIFUL! So relaxing looking at that picture, would love to be there right now.
I could use some relaxing right now. It’s been a busy week and it’s only Wednesday. 🙂
I can almost feel my feet in that sand… I haven’t been but I know it sits on my favorite Great Lake. 🙂 It would have to be at least 90 degrees to get me into Lake Michigan tho. It’s cold!
I hear you, but they have two or three warm days each summer. The water is always cold though. 🙂
That is beautiful, it’s almost a mini vacation to simply sit and look at it!
Yes, with a good book and a nice bottle of cold water. 🙂
