Wednesdays Question

questionIt’s Wednesday so that means it’s question time. It’s time to ponder and then answer just one question. Okay, you can add all you want as a reason for your answer too. We’d all like that.

So here’s this weeks question: What habit would you like to break?

Trying to do everything perfectly. I’ve been like this most of my life. It drives me wacky at times. It just has to be perfect and often it’s not.

I'd like to break the habit of paper clutter. I keep everything so neat and organized, and then go and toss all of my papers in a pile 'to get to later.' Always leaves a mess that takes too much time to sort through by the time I get around to 'later.'

Sandee, I would also like to break the habit of trying to do everything perfectly.
So many things I have put off because I didn't think I could do it right, the first time.
I even struggle with my prayer life, wondering if I am doing it right. so sad..
Others have suffered as I did things `for them`, not giving them a chance to make mistakes.

Well, great question! Have a happy Wednesday!

Well, I need to do things a little more perfectly. I would like to get motivated to clean my house more often. I always have lots of excuses. Sandee, you and Zane and especially Little Bit have a great day.

My daughter calls me Mr. Perfect. I never thought I was but it seems that I need to make sure that everything is need the right place all the time like when I put things in the dishwasher it has to be in the correct location. It drives her nuts. So maybe that's a habit I need to change. Oh well, I'm just perfect ( not ) ha,ha,ha. Have a great Wednesday Sandee and day minus 3 for my cruise. See ya.

I'd like to break the habit of putting things off instead of just getting them done. I have so much I want/need to do but I find it hard to get motivated to do them (like paint the garage, ugh.). I was just thinking yesterday that it's time to just do it! After tax season of course. 🙂

Hope you have a lovely day Sandee! Smooches to Little Bit.

Double checking becomes very important as we age. We do that too because often we think we did something and we really didn't. Thanks for letting me know where you are posting. 🙂

smoking. for sure. I've cut it down from a pack and a half to half a pack but I've still stuck at a half a pack for nearly 2 years ow. grimbleschnitz.

The hardest thing I ever did was quit smoking. It's been years and years, but it was tough and it took me 18 months before I felt good again. I can't imagine smoking now. I hope you can kick the habit at some point. 🙂

What habit? That is hard! When I am nervous and driving I bite my nails. I have a habit of not seeing the good in myself. And I have a habit of not DOING things for myself. I really do try and work on it!
