Thankful Thursday

I’m thankful that we have our mechanic working on our yearly maintenance. It’s almost time for lots of cruising and we need to make sure the boat is in good working order.

I’m thankful that we’ve decided to install a Purasan Waste Treatment System in our boat. This eliminates pumping out every five days or so when we’re cruising. Often we’re at our island and want to stay more than five days, but can’t. Now we can. This is long overdue.

I’m thankful that we are going to go on a cruise this coming weekend to Marina West Yacht Club. I’ll not be around much Friday through Sunday. I’ll catch up with everyone on Monday.

I’m thankful that you’re all patient with me about the boat pictures. The blinds are still not installed so you’ll have to be patient with me a bit longer.

I’m thankful that spring is almost here. It’s been warm each day and the heater doesn’t kick on until well after dark. Spring is my favorite season of all the seasons. I also noticed some blossoms on some trees on our way home from our boat on Monday afternoon. That made me smile.

I’m thankful for Netflix and Amazon Prime. Hubby and I enjoy watching shows each evening. It’s a most wonderful thing to do.

What are you thankful for today?

Happy to hear the blossoms are coming. I don't think they are up north yet, but that moment when you see the blooms peeking through the dismal ground up there, really does rock. 🙂 Have fun this weekend!

Spring is our favorite time of the year with all the new growth and warmer temps. We love Netflix and watch it all the time. We might have to look into Amazon Prime. Sounds like lots of good boating in your future. Sandee, you and Zane have a great day.

Spring is my favorite season, too, and I am grateful it's almost here. And I am grateful to the mild winter and that fact that I'm up early to go on a tour today of a brewery.

Warm weather and tree blossoms?!?! How marvelous for you! It's still blistering cold here, but I'm glad it's looking springlike somewhere. It will get to us eventually.
    Have fun cruising this weekend!

I'm thankful for modern medicine today, Sandee. I'm laying her tied down with a catheter hanging from my bed. My cardiovascular doctor has arranged for me to be in a holding pattern waiting for him and his team to attempt to repair an endoleak in my AAA (abdominal aortic artery aneurysm ).
Got go, they're afterm, to take me away.

Other than being grateful for the continued good health of my family, I'm grateful it's only in the 40's where I am. In Gainesville, where my youngest attends grad school, it was 29 degrees this morning. Yikes!

Glad you're having warm weather. If I can't have it, I'm glad somebody nice does 🙂

You're just building up the suspense on the boat. Tell them to hurry up with those blinds already. You've got blog pals that want to see…lol

I am thankful for roadside assistance on my auto insurance. The other day we came out of a store only to find our car in the parking lot with a flat tire and a nail sticking out of the side. My wife reminded me that we had roadside assistance, so we called. A half hour later the service man showed up, changed our tire and sent us on our way. I love it when that happens. We went straight to Sam's Club, got a new tire. Since the tire was only a few months old, the new one cost me less than $20. I love it when that happens too. Have a blessed day.

Another fun weekend away? I'm thankful you're able to do that because I know how very much you enjoy it which makes my heart happy! I'm thankful tomorrow is Friday. That's about all I got this week. It's been a very long one.

    Enjoy your Valentine's weekend!
