I’m thankful for the cooler weather. We had a very hot summer and as I get older it gets more difficult to deal with triple digit days. I’m ready for this cooler weather.
I’m thankful that we have two couples that are going to go on a cruise with us the first Saturday next month. They are intrigued with the California Delta and we’re delighted to show them around.
I’m thankful for all my blogging buddies. You make me smile often and I love to visit with you and see what is going on in your life. Thank you for always being there.

I’m the same way with the heat. I used to love it but the older I get the more I dislike being out in it.
Age brings you so many new things to deal with. It’s all good though. 🙂
We don’t get the same intense heat here, but this summer was a lot hotter than usual. I can’t stand the heat now so am glad when it gets back to the normal range.

I’m having trouble with the triple digit weather anymore. I didn’t bother me in my youth. Oh well, the price of getting older. 🙂

Hi Sandee – thought of you the other day when I was out by the lake and watching the folks boating. Although it is fall the temps are not saying that but the weekends it seems like folks are trying to get the last of summer in on the lake. I hope you were able to enjoy lake time. Me….did not get in/or on the water not once this yr. …its okay though…I am good. Wait, I just lied! The extend to my water play was WATER PT! haha…not really the same.
We boat on the California Delta. It’s 1100 miles of waterway from Stockton and Sacramento all the way to the San Francisco bay and out into the Pacific ocean. 🙂
We have some cooler temps here but the hots are coming back soon. Sounds like a fun cruise coming up. Thanks for joining the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
It will be warmer on the weekend, but not triple digits. I’m happy about that. 🙂
Cooler weather?!? WHERE?!? Today will be up to 80, and the weekend is supposed to be hot and humid, so I’m taking The Hubby outside to art fairs, so we will sweat and look at stuff but not buy anything…
I know. We’re getting the cooler weather already and we usually don’t until October. We’ll take it. 🙂

I’m probably the only human who enjoys the hot weather. We had a rain on Monday and I am thankful for that.

Here Here Sandee I 100% agree about the heat. We awoke to 54 degrees this am and they SAY it could be mid’ 40’s in the morning. It sure did make for nice walking weather too

The nights are cool here, but the days are still pleasantly warm, not hot though.

Our temps are in the 70’s and I am so loving that! I wish we had the changing leaves out here but there are a few dotted here n’ there. Not enough moisture for color change. – Have a GREAT time with your friends. – I am forever thankful for you. <3 Love n’ hugs. 🙂
The tree in our front yard is showing signs of change, but it’s a ways to go. We’re cooler now, but on Sunday it will be back to almost 90 degrees again. Soon, the weather will be cool soon. 🙂
