Today I’m thankful for all the things that summer brings. It won’t be long and the nights will turn chilly and autumn will creep into our world. I’m not ready for that yet.

What are you thankful for today?
I’m not ready for it either. I really do love all things fall but I know that it means winter is coming real soon and that just makes me sad.
You like winter as much as I do. Not. At. All. 🙂
I don’t want autumn to arrive either. One more reason to enjoy summer while it lasts.

I’m good with autumn. Like my four seasons.
Many do enjoy all the seasons. I love them all but winter I could kick to the curb. 🙂
We are thankful our summer has been cool, and we already have nights in the 50’s, ideal for sleeping. Some like it hot, some do not, and we do not. Enjoy the rest of your summer.

We are wishing for autumn with every fiber of our being! We are so sick of this hot and humid weather! That rainbow ice cream cone sure does look yummy☺
Hot is one thing, but when you add the humidity it’s unbearable. I visited Texas one summer. Yikes. 🙂

Yes on the rain and if the temperature never got over 90 I would be happy to have that all year long. Need the rain and I’ll opt for rain at night. 🙂

Same here! Summers always fly by and winters drag on and on. We love hanging out on the back deck, especially, watching the birds, chipmunks and squirrels. Have a happy rest of the summer, Sandee!

I am Thankful for many things but I love that Fall is coming.
Spring and fall are nice, but with fall I know winter is coming. 🙂
If I had the money and the courage I would seek out someplace that had 80-90 degree temps with low humidity to live year round and not just for 3 months.

Hi Sandee, I really want a colourful beach chair like the one in your photo now! That is so jolly. Not so sure about the ice cream though. Right now I have to admit that I am looking forward to the temperatures dropping, if only a little bit. It’s been a long hot summer… My sister and her family left today and as sad as I am I am grateful they were able to come for two weeks. Who knows when we will see them again?
