Thankful Thursday

It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for.

I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.

Make sure you link up to the Blog Hop at Brian’s Home and get the code to put on your blog. Then visit all the participants.

I’m thankful that I switched from Blogger to WordPress. Many years ago I tried WordPress and it was too complicated for me. Not anymore. It’s a wonderful platform and I’m enjoying it very much.

I’m thankful for all my blogging buddies, both new and old. You’ve been a wonderful blessing to me.

I’m thankful for all the folks that participate in my many memes. They are growing a bit each week and that makes me happy.

What are you thankful for today?

I tried word press about a year ago and I couldn’t get the hang of it so I gave up.

At first WordPress seemed a little intimidating, but after a few posts I became more comfortable with it. I’m still using the free version and it seems to meet my needs for now. Thanks for t he suggestion to switch from blogger. I guess I am among the older blogging buddies, both in age and length of association. We’ve been doing this for over 11 years now.

Mom has never tried Word Press. Maybe one day, but as long as blogger works for her, she is just fine.

    Happy Thankful Thursday.

I’m thankful for upbeat friends like you. And I’m glad I learned how to stop seeing posts from Trump Derangement Syndrome people on Facebook. It’s been three years and she is still hysterical.

Hi Sandee, I lasted about two weeks on Blogger when I first started blogging, I found it far more difficult and confusing than WordPress (funny how the mind works)… I am thankful I recently found the strength to turn my back on a negative person who was dragging me down. It took a lot, but I feel like a weight has been lifted. I am thankful to feel like ‘me’ again!

    xx

WordPress is the best thing I’ve ever done in terms of blogging. It’s good to let go of toxic people. Good for you. We just did the same thing. 🙂

I started with blogger and was very intimidated when I first tried WP. Took me all this time to do the switch. 🙂
