It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for. I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.
Make sure you link up to the Blog Hop at Brian’s Home and get the code to put on your blog. Then visit all the participants.
I’m thankful we have such a great boat mechanic. He never lets us down and that’s a good thing when you depend on your boat to get you from point A and back. You also depend on your head, galley, running water, and no leaks. A good mechanic is priceless.
I’m thankful it’s Thanksgiving this month. It’s always such a great time of year. Hubby and I enjoy our time together and give thanks for all our blessings.
I’m thankful for having such a wonderful life. I had a rough start and I never dreamed I’d be this fortunate in my old age.
I’m thankful for my granddaughter who is pregnant with twins. We’ll be there to welcome these two precious babies into the world.
What are you thankful for today?
No leaks in a boat is a very good thing. 🙂
This morning I”m thankful for the cup of hot coffee and the time I have to sit and visit with my blog friends before I have to head out and start my day.
Yes it is, Ann. We have a nice dry boat. I too love my coffee in the morning. I used to go to work Monday through Friday, but I’m happy to be retired. It’s a wonderful thing. 🙂
Ah yes, any kind of mechanic who is awesome is a big deal!! I’m thankful for my job, my friends and my family, in reverse order. 😉 Have a lovely day. 🙂
I hear you about being thankful for your family, friends and job. I know you love your job this year and that’s awesome. You have a lovely day too. 🙂
Aww congrats on the twins!
We were pretty thrilled about the twins. Twins and triplets run in your family. 🙂
I am thankful for such great family and friends. ((Hugs))
Yes, a good mechanic is a blessing. Whether it be for vehicle or boat.
Congratulations on the twins. That is exciting that you get to be there 🙂
I’m thankful for you too, Michelle. We’ve been buddies for a very long time. 🙂
We are so thankful for all of our blogging pals. We are thankful for the roof over our heads and for the food we get. Sandee, you and Zane have a really good day.
All wonderful things to be thankful for, Marg. You have a really good day too. Scritches to all your babies. 🙂
Great thankfuls, especially the twins, that’s double cool! Thanks for joining the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
It’s the first twins in many years. My aunt and uncle that twins and my grandmother had triplets. Thanks for hosting the Thank Thursday Blog Hop. 🙂
Twins?! That is fabulous 🙂 Double the fun for Grandma!
All happy things, have a great one!
I can’t wait. That will make three greats. We are happy. 🙂
OM word Twins!! How wonderfully exciting. Best wishes to mom as she carries them
Hugs Cecilia
She is off work until after the babies. She’s bored, but she’s following the doctors orders. 🙂
Congratulations to mama and the whole family! Today i am thankful we have work.
Work is good. It keeps a roof over your head and food on the table. 🙂
My mother has said that she’d always hoped to have twin boys. She didn’t, but her first born had twin daughters! My little sister and I were close enough in age that we were almost twinsies; wearing matching clothes, etc.
I love to see siblings dressed alike. It’s most cute. 🙂
Congrats on the twins!
Today I was stung by a bee when I unknowingly stepped on it. I was really thankful that I did not have any allergic reaction save for a throbbing toe!
My cousin almost died from a bee sting.
Bee stings can be deadly for some. I’m glad you’re okay. 🙂
I’m thankful that I left snow country over 40 years ago.
I hear you. We got snow when I was growing up in Oregon, but not much. It rained a lot though. 🙂
You’re thankful for the opportunity to give thanks? Who gave you permission to be thankful for that?
Brain at Brian’s Home. We do this every Thursday. What are you thankful for, Kismet? 🙂
Sunflower seeds.
Sandee you have some wonderful thankfuls for this Thursday. I am thankful for my husband, because without him I don’t know where I would be, seriously. Have a beautiful thankful Thursday honey.
Love and giant hugs ❤ 🤗
I’m thankful for my husband too. We are two lucky gals, Jody. 🙂
Oh, twins! Congratulations in advance. I pray all goes well. Take care, my dear.
So far, so good. She’s taking good care of herself and doing everything the doctor tells her to do. 🙂
If possible, never change your Dentist, your Accountant or your mechanic.
I agree with this, Joe. If it isn’t broke don’t try to fix it. 🙂
Ohhh twins!!! What fun that will be! I am thankful for my baby granddaughter who will be 3 months old this weekend….she is a doll and ALWAYS makes me smile!! xoxoxo
My oldest granddaughter is 27. I watched her grow up and she was with me more than not. 🙂
I’m grateful for our good economy. This economy is doing so well that we’re having trouble finding help to keep up with all the work we have awarded to our company. That’s better than having little work under obama. Why don’t the dems realize that a rising tide raises all boats? sigh
Obama did exactly what he was supposed to do. Change America. He did that. 🙂
We have many of the same things to be thankful for, although no boat here:) Mom and Dad have twin grands, a girl and a boy. They also have four others. She says the whole twin experience has been amazing. Lots of hard work the first year, but so much joy watching them all grow and become beautiful humans.
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
I can’t wait to spoils these two. It’s what grannies and papas do. 🙂
Sorry I got so political above, but besides the years when when our girls were born, 2009 was the year when my brother and my sister both had babies in stable, wonderful homes. I hope the very best for your twins. I think that babies bring our the best in all families and i wish the best for yours.
You and I are pretty much the same where politics are concerned. No worries. Babies do bring the best out in families. 🙂
Congrats on the twins Great Grammie 🙂
I love being a grammie and I love being a great grammie. 🙂
I am so grateful to be going on ‘howliday’ soon to decompress after a bruising election. I’m also extraordinarily grateful for my two knuckleheads who somehow always manage to make me smile when I need it most. 😊
Your two babies are adorable. They are such comfort aren’t they. I so remember. 🙂
They both bring an immense amount of joy to my life. And a whole lotta laughs 😆
Oh boy…great-grandma to twins…that is going to be super exiting. I too am looking forward to Thanksgiving. Last year was the first time we ever had Thanksgiving with family since we have been married (45 years). It was the best Thanksgiving ever, and we are doing it again this year! Hugs, Janet
Glad you’re finally able to comment. I hate it when our comment systems don’t work right. You have been married 45 years? Wow. 🙂
Wow! Congratulations! You are going to be a great grandma! You are so blessed! Looking forward to see photos of the twins. Have a beautiful day!
We already have one great and now we’re going to have two more. You have a beautiful day too. 🙂
I’m thankful I am here and reading posts by my followers. Make it a great day!
That is a most wonderful thing. You have a great day too. 🙂
Hi Sandee, how wonderful that your life turned out different than you expected. Maybe the rough start set you in good stead?… OooOOOOooo and I hope all goes well with your granddaughters pregnancy. To be a Great Grandma is special!
