That is so very true. Whenever I was stressed about something I would take a walk. That always helped clear my head and mind. I would love to be walking on that beach right now instead of getting ready to put my boots on and trudge through the snow.

This is absolutely true. Something about getting outside, no matter the weather, freshens me right up! Have a wonderful Thankful Thursday!

who could be depressed looking at a sunflower or staring out over sparkling water. Nature is free and I agree, it is better than drugs

There is that. I’ve been in Death Valley when it was so hot we needed to turn off the air conditioner because the car was going to overheat. Take care too. 🙂

I was sure I commented earlier, but knowing my memory I probably forgot to post comment!
Nature is very beautiful, but can also be devastatingly powerful.

Hey, do you think chasing a chubby little pup around the snowy yard in the freezing temps count? hahaha It sure gave me a workout because every time we had to go outside, that stinker Thor ran from me. I don’t know if he hates that I carry the snow shovel but the snow is so deep I don’t want to fall! I like to walk if I am stressed or chase dogs in the snow. LOL! I love your photos you shared. THNAK YOU and adding my other blog. Blogger was given me a hard time as it posted some garbled words and I had to change it all around. HUGS to you sweet lady!

Those photos you took are so lovely. I like seeing all the different kinds of captures we see. I like walking and sometime just doing some exercise to relief stress. Today as I mentioned in my other comment, Thor & I were enjoying freezing in the cold and deep snow. He would not come in the house. I think the snow shovel scares me but I have to create a path so they don’t disappear in the snow. What a stress reliever since I needed a fifteen minute rest period after that twice today! hahaha….Always so good to be here. THANK YOU! You are the very best and such a wonderful friend.
