Thankful Thursday

It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for. I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.

Make sure you link up to the Blog Hop at Brian’s Home and get the code to put on your blog. Then visit all the participants.

I’m thankful that a friend had a successful operation and is on the mend. It’s a blessing for them and for all their friends.

I’m thankful that I got to visit with my granddaughter and great granddaughter the other day. We had a pizza night and it was good to catch up.

I’m thankful that we are finally getting spring weather. I can’t remember winter hanging on for so long.

What are you thankful for today?

Sitting here waiting until it’s time to go to work, I’m finding it hard to think of something to be thankful for. I guess I could be thankful that I have a job or maybe even that it will be over in 8 hours…lol Ah wait, I’m thankful for this cup of coffee that is helping me wake up.

We are thankful for our home and our food. And we are thankful for all of our blogging friends. Love the daisy picture. Sandee, you and Zane have a grand day.

I’m so glad to hear that the operation went well and we hope there is some quick healing. Thanks for joining the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

It’s cold here again and rain tomorrow. I’m thinking winter is still hanging on and we had a bunch of spring like days. Bugger. 🙂

Love this post and the photo. I know that Spring is your favorite season. It’s mine too. My only exception is that it doesn’t last long enough!.I’m thankful to have my computer back! It’s really scary to depend on a computer for your livelihood. Now, I’m seriously behind. But, I will join tomorrow’s Blog Hop.

Have a great day Sandee, and Simon and I are sending Huge Hugs!

Wonderful things in which to be thankful. I’ve had my eye on this blog hop for a while. Happy I’m able to participate today! I love Steve’s comment on having a thankfultastic day. I think I’ll borrow that line. xoxox

Hi Sandee, I hope your friend continues to get better with every passing day. And how lovely you got to catch up with not only a Granddaughter, but a Great Granddaughter too, that’s special. Enjoy summer, and get plenty of boating in!… I’m thankful that not all my working days are long during the summer, not like some peoples!

    xx

Our friend is doing very well. Bored, but well. We had a great time with the grands the other night. Nice to spend time with them as they are young and busy. Having less hours to work in the summer rocks. Gives you time to do fun things. 🙂

Well if you’re working then it’s not good, but if you’re retired I’m thinking it’s fine. 🙂

That’s so nice, I miss having pizza with my nephews. Good news about your friend, sometimes things work out don’t they. We went from snow to 80˚ to a kind of spring to OMG it’s just too hot for anything but swimming and polsicles. It’s going to be like living in the Amazon the next few day and I’m going to get my hair cut so short even an army barber would be like, “Uh uh, too short.”

    • Comedy Plus says:

I just did that with my hair. I’ve been letting the gray come out and it’s out. Short, but out. I’m liking it too. 🙂

You’ll have those grandkids as some point and you’ll love them even more than your babies. It’s the way of things. 🙂

How wonderful to have a granddaughter AND great granddaughter. I haven’t even got grandchildren yet. That’ll teach me to procrastinate! ‘

I’m glad your friend came through surgery well and hope for a speedy recovery now.

    • Comedy Plus says:

They are most wonderful too. The lights of our lives. I’m glad our friend came though the surgery well too. 🙂

We are loving the spring weather and the grandkids aren’t half bad they drop lots of food when they visit.
