Last Thursday I had a dentist appointment and this is what I saw when I arrived. It’s cold, but the blossoms of spring are here. It made my heart happy.
Tomorrow we’re heading to the boat for the weekend. The highs are going to be in the upper 60s all weekend. It’s time to enjoy our boat again.

Oh how pretty. I can’t wait to start seeing that around here. It always makes my heart happy too.
I know it does. You and I are fair weather kind of gals. 🙂
The trees in bloom are just gorgeous! I can’t wait to see them here too!
Soon, Miss Molly, soon. 🙂
Love the blooming trees! We are happy you get to be with your boat for the weekend. Boating for you is like dog sports for us. Enjoy your boat time.
Yes boating for us is just as fun as dog sports is to you. It’s a wonderful thing. 🙂
I’m thankful that I keep finding ways to teach children things they need to know in order to be proficient. Our district is 50% proficient in the core subject I teach, and that is at an A school. I don’t find that to be a very comforting fact. I am reveling in being able to make a small difference for these kids this year. It feels really, really good.
Good teacher are worth their weight in gold. I know you’re one of the good ones. Thank you for that. 🙂
Thankful that I am on the mend!
I’m thankful you are on the mend too, Paul. 🙂
Our blooms aren’t out yet but it was in the 70s here yesterday. Have a happy time boating!!! Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
It’s most wonderful. It will get cold again, but right now the weather is perfect. 🙂
The trees are full of flowers. What a beautiful sight. Enjoy your boat trip. Have a great day.
We’re not going on a cruise, we’re just going to go to the boat and get it ready for the season. It’s a fun thing to do. 🙂
Mine will be blooming soon. I can’t wait!
It’s such a delight to see each year. 🙂
Oh, how lovely, Sandee, and thank you for sharing your blossoms with us. 🌸 Happy Thursday.
You’re most welcome. Happy Thursday, Eugenia. 🙂
I’m thankful that I don’t have to pay the boat’s expenses..
Boating is not cheap at all, Kismet. You can come along for a cruise if you wish. Love you. 🙂
Spring certainly arrives a lot quicker in your area. Beautiful blossoms. Have a nice day. XO
We have more fair weather than not here. Only about two months of winter and then the weather heads toward spring. 🙂
I am grateful you shared these pictures Sandee because they made my heart happy too! Big hugs! 🙂 <3
I love things that make my heart happy. Big hugs back. 🙂
Beautiful! Thank you for sharing. ~hugs~
It was a huge surprise. I’ve not gone to the dentist in February before. Got all messed up with my cleaning when Covid hit. 🙂
Ohhhh gleeful clapping for the pretty pink blooms.
Happy Happy weekend and may you have a gentle breeze and lots of sun
Hugs Cecilia
We’re hoping for the same. It will be good to visit our boat again. 🙂
Beautiful trees. The camellia’s here are blooming and and look wonderful. I am thankful the temps are warmer and spring is showing itself.
Me too, Patricia. I love spring the very best of all the seasons. 🙂
That is beautiful! What a lovely picture to share with all of us 🙂
It was a huge surprise. The entire complex what in blossoms. 🙂
How beautiful! I’m surprised our trees haven’t started blooming yet. Have a wonderful time out on the lake (?) I used to love going out on my 16 foot pontoon, but couldn’t very well spend the night on it.
We are on the California Delta. 1,100 miles of waterway all the way to the San Francisco Bay and out into the ocean. 🙂
Oh, it must be beautiful! I’ve never taken a boat out on or near ocean waters. What do you have?
We have two boats. A 340 Sea Ray Sundancer. That means it’s 34′ long. It has a galley, to fridges, a head with shower and a nice comfortable bed. We have everything we need to go on a cruise. 🙂
Sounds wonderful. We said next boat will be a cabin cruiser, but I just don’t see that happening.
The second boat is a Sea Ray 185 or 18′ 6″. It’s our runabout. When we want to get somewhere fast and get under all the bridges we take that. 🙂
Gosh! I so can’t wait to drive down the hill and see the Okanagan Orchards in bloom! Thanks for giving us a taste of the spring to come! Thanks for visiting us and thanks for your wonderful hops! Sandee you are wonderful and have a marvellously happy day.
It made my heart so happy to see all these blossoms. There are more and more each day. Love and scritches to all. 🙂
Those are gorgeous! I bet it almost made the trip to the dentist worthwhile, almost – MOL!
It did. It made me smile. 🙂
“Our Lord has written the promise of the resurrection, not in books alone, but in every leaf in spring-time.” Martin Luther
Yes indeed. 🙂
Absolutely beautiful! I adore white and pink blossoms, and these are stunning. I hate the dentist but seeing these on the way in would make the trip a little more tolerable. Spring is coming! Enjoy boating this weekend guys, have the best time possible 💜 xx
My dentist is wonderful. I call him doctor painless. My hygienist I’ve had for 25 years. 🙂
Wow, what beautiful flowering trees! We got a big snow dump last night so any flowering trees will be on hold for probably another month or so.
We always get a taste of spring in February. We love it so. 🙂
Those photos remind us that spring is almost here! YAY
Yes indeed. I’m so ready. 🙂
Glorious blossoms! 💞 Thanks for sharing… Ours won’t be out until May, but thankful for a mild winter with March winds whistling among the trees as February draws to a close. Have a blessed and beautiful day, Sandee! xo
They smelled good too. It was such a delight. 🙂
Hooray for boating! May you have a fabulous weekend.
We aren’t going to cruise anywhere this weekend, but we’ll be enjoying our boat and getting it ready for the season. A great time of year. 🙂
We look forward to seeing trees in bloom again!
Today, I am thankful that we have the means to visit any veterinarian that we want to.
I’m happy about the vet visits. Things are slowing opening back up. 🙂
Oh goody goody for you and Zane! Yippee! Have fun- it will be a great time! xoxo
We will. We’re going to get the boat ready for a cruise. Planning one in a few weeks. We’re so ready. 🙂
Oh my goodness! Isn’t this really early? I’m sure we’re still in for another dip in the temps so I’m hoping our blossoms stay out of sight for another month or so. xoxox
No it’s not early for us. This happens every single February. I wait for it too. 🙂
Happy Thursday!
I love those blossoms – looks like spring is on its way.
Have a great weekend on the boat! <3
We keep getting teased with the weather, but the blossoms are all over the place. 🙂
Those trees are so pretty. They make Mom smile and think Spring!!! Enjoy your weekend on your boat.

It was a most welcome sight, Carol. They were so many trees in full blossom. 🙂
Look at those apple and cherry blossoms. These are still months away for us but congrats on getting to the boat on the weekend.
Jean
I was shocked to see them. Rarely go to the dentist in February. It was a wonderful surprise. 🙂
Signs of SPRING….YAY. I figure we will start seeing some of that in the next few weeks.
I wait for it to show up ever year. I so love spring. 🙂
