It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for.
I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.
Make sure you link up to the Blog Hop at Brian’s Home and get the code to put on your blog. Then visit all the participants.
I’m thankful that hubby and I replaced all our Claude Monet framed prints with Claude Monet oil reproductions. I ♥ Claude Monet art.

The boat painting one is my pick of them all
It’s our favorite too. Us being boaters and all. 🙂
They are so vibrant….. I love the use of colors
You can actually feel the brush strokes on each painting. They are most beautiful. 🙂
That’s wonderful. Am sure you have smile on your face everytime you see them. Precious aren’t they ,,✨
They’re beautiful.
They are even more beautiful on our walls. 🙂
They’re all beautiful the flowers are my favorites
Hubby picked the potted flowers, but we agreed on all the paintings. 🙂
Love them all but I especially love the sky in Red Boats.
The red boats is my favorite. It’s most beautiful in our great room. 🙂
My mom isn’t a big fan of art, but Monet is one of the few she loves! She had been a Monet fan since she was in college. The one with the boats is perfect for you.
There are some beautiful pieces out there, and some artists are not for me. Monet is. 🙂
Oh my, Sandee! These are absolutely beautiful! The bouquet of flowers almost make me feel as if I could smell them through the art. Thanks for sharing these. I can see why you’re thankful for them my friend! ♥
Sending my love to you & yours, always. BIG hugs heading your way. 🌺
They are most colorful and that painting in in our kitchen nook. It’s like having flowers on the table year around. 🙂
Love his art, too! Beautiful! Have a wonderful weekend! 🙂
Me too and it was time to get the oils instead of the prints that’s been hanging on our walls for years. 🙂
as my eyes fail me dailiy, I am thankful for the art I have enjoyed and can still enjoy somewhat. These are lovely.
Art is a beautiful thing. The history surrounding the art is even better. 🙂
When in London two years ago, my niece and I attended a Claude Monet exhibition, with works that aren’t generally seen by the public! They didn’t allow photography, because many of the paintings are privately owned. However, there was a collection of Notre Dame paintings in a row; you know, Monet painted in all types of weather and times of day to capture the beauty of the carvings. So cool!
I’ve love Monet for as long as I can remember. 🙂
Wow, those are just terrific. I know nothing about art but those are gorgeous. Have a great day.
They are even prettier on our walls. 🙂
My peep prefers the paintings of the Follies Bergere.
Of course they do. Whatever floats your boat is good with me. 🙂
What a beautiful collage of your Monet each takes your mind’s eye on a journey
Hugs Cecilia
Yes it does. He did some great work. 🙂
Those are beautiful! I didn’t know you could buy reproductions, what an idea!!!
Yes you can. Just put in your favorite artist and ask for oil reproductions and there will be choices for you to choose from. 🙂
I’m thankful Sande of finally getting some people who are interested with our house. Today we might have a offer for the house.
I thank God that we are all healthy. See ya my friend.
Cruisin Paul
I hope your home gets sold and soon, Paul. 🙂
I love Monet <3
What’s not to love, right? 🙂
I have zero musical or artistic talents and yet I love both so much. I love Monet and all the beautiful artwork from that era. These are simply stunning. Very beautiful and happy to see them here today. Thank you HUGS xo
Thanks, Ann. We’ve had his prints for years and years and one day we talked about finding reproductions. That started the search. Glad we did. Hugs back, my friend. 🙂
Wow! What a great gift and wonderful hubby ~ gorgeous reproductions ~
Lots of Xox to you from me and Zoe ~ hope you are able to enjoy the boating season ~

Yes, hubby was wonderful about replacing the prints with oil reproductions. They are most beautiful. We’re heading to the boat this afternoon. Going on a cruise tomorrow. 🙂
Your Monet collection is exquisite! Yes, I too am grateful for his beautiful artwork.
I’ve loved his work for as long as I can remember. 🙂
Me too. He had a remarkable career well beyond the waterlily garden.
Beautiful paintings. I am thankful that our younger son came back to visit us. Thankful that we are all safe and healthy.
How wonderful to have a visit from your son. That’s the best thankful of all. 🙂
We always did like that Monet fella, he filled the world with tons of pretty. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
We sure are enjoying seeing all these on our walls. Never had nice artwork before. 🙂
Oh so lovely… <3 I love art! Grateful for art in all its forms.
Me too, There have been so many talented people through the ages. 🙂
Monet is one of my favorites!
I love Monets paintings as well and even was able to see some of the originals. Breathtaking! I am sure these pictures will look great in your home.
They do indeed. I’m so glad hubby and I decided to do this. 🙂
I too agree that it’s a positive thing to take time out every week to be grateful and positive and think about the good things in life. I think that we often take things for granted, and by doing this we are able to slow down and really think about the good things in our life.
You are so right, Amy. Some folks miss a lot of wonderful things by not slowing down. 🙂
Claude Monet is my favorite artist! I wrote an essay on him in college for my fine arts class after visiting an art museum, and he’s been my favorite ever since.
He’s hands down my favorite. Smoochies to Luke. 🙂
That is beautiful art. XO
Thank you, Ellen. 🙂
Oh my goodness, I love him too! I would have my whole house filled with his art. I have new life goals now 🙂
Our downstairs is looking really good. Now for the upstairs. 🙂
How wonderful! Love Monet, he’s my favorite.
We have great taste for sure. Happy Thankful Thursday. 🙂
Wow, the Monet reproductions are awesome. How big are the canvases? much to be thankful for this week, including nine days since Sawyer’s last seizure. Warm hugs, Janet and Kitties Blue
They come in different sizes so any size you want. Way to go Sawyer on no seizures for nine days. Hugs back. 🙂
You have excellent taste in art, Sandee! I’m a fan of Monet, as well.
I have a beer budget though. It’s all good. 🙂
Art is a good investment, even on a beer budget.
These looks beautiful The oil reproductions must add a lot of depth to the texture and colours.
It does indeed. They are beautiful on our walls. Now for the upstairs. 🙂
I love these gorgeous prints too <3
The have done much for all our downstairs walls. They are beautiful. 🙂
Gorgeous! I’m glad for you. Hugs, my dear.
They are more beautiful in person than the pictures. We love them all. 🙂
