Sunday is the place to come for weekly laughs. The rules are simple, just have fun.
This is a great opportunity to get to know other bloggers and have a laugh or two in the process. Here is how it works: Laugh and Link Up!
Great Truths That Little Children Have Learned!
No matter how hard you try, you can’t baptize cats..
When your Mum is mad at your Dad, don’t let her brush your hair.
If your sister hits you, don’t hit her back. They always catch the second person.
Never ask your 3-year old brother to hold a tomato.
You can’t trust dogs to watch your food..
Don’t sneeze when someone is cutting your hair..
Never hold a Dust-Buster and a cat at the same time.
You can’t hide a piece of broccoli in a glass of milk.
Don’t wear polka-dot underwear under white shorts.
The best place to be when you’re sad is Grandma’s lap.

Yep all true. I've never tried the one with the dust buster and the cat though 🙂
Have a great day
You can't mess with cats much. They get even. 🙂
I liked these I must say I haven't ever done this one Don't wear polka-dot underwear under white shorts. LOL
Have a truthtastic SSS cheer
I've seen some weird colored underwear being worn with white shorts. Bless their hearts. 🙂
aw to that last one. Ain't it the truth? 🙂
Yep, it was back in the day for me too. I sure miss my grandmother. 🙂
Love the image of a 3 year old with a tomato. But all those are really good and it is so nice to have a good chuckle. Sandee, you and Zane have a fun day. =))
Totally destroyed tomato. It's cute to watch, not so much if you have to clean up the mess. 🙂
All good advice.
I'm running over with unimportant stuff as usual. 🙂
Brilliant! Love that last one.
Have a super Sunday.
Big hugs, honey…
That's because we are both good grandmas. 🙂
Heeheehee! Well, you can baptize a cat, but you don't want to!
Enjoy your Sunday!
I've never wanted to. It's hard enough getting them in their carriers to get them to the vets office. 🙂
They always catch the second person. I wish NFL players would learn that one.
I wish they would too. 🙂
I love these…all true! 🙂
They are all true indeed Linda. 🙂
You can have dogs watch your food-as long as it is broccoli. It works better than milk.
Yep, they don't eat a lot of veggies do they. Everything else, but veggies not so much. 🙂
I totally agree with you. About this one, " Don't wear polka-dot underwear under white shorts. ", I wore a pair of RED underwear without thinking of white shorts. A lot of people were staring at me and I couldn't wonder why. Ha,ha,ha.
Have a colorful Sunday Sandee & Zane. See ya.
Cruisin Paul
Kind of the same thing Paul. Sometimes we aren't thinking are we. 🙂
I love all these advice especially the two on hair management. No doubt grandma's lap is paradise when in sorrow as well as in happiness.
Have a great Sunday!
You're right about grandma's lap. 🙂
Those are great- you are so right about dogs watching food 🙂
They can watch and beg at the same time. They are really good at it too. 🙂
So true. No chance to sit on grandma's lap and good thing I do not like white shorts. Lol!
I have white uniform pants that I have to wear when we go to Portland next month. I'll make sure I have the right underwear. 🙂
When I was little I tried to Baptize a cat—only tried it once!
Once is all it takes Ron. Just once. 🙂
LOL! Too cute!
Thanks Lauren. Scritches to the girls. 🙂
number 4 is so true

Yes I've seen that done with more than tomatoes. 🙂
Gee whiz- I never have had ( so far) polka dotted underwear….dang! Have a super terrific evening with oodles of hugs!
I had a polka dot bikini though. It was popular back in my youth. It was yellow too. 🙂
Ha!! Good ones! Love the dog one! Hope you had a blast this weekend! xoxo catchatwithcarenandcody
We stayed home Caren and just rested. We avoided the crowds and we liked that very much. 🙂
The story behind the three year old and tomato intrigues me. Lol! Hope you're having a wonderful weekend.
Well if you haven't seen what a three year old can do to a tomato then you should. It's quite funny and a huge mess. 🙂
All true, although I have never tried to hide broccoli in milk.
I haven't either, but I love broccoli. 🙂
That last one is pretty good.
Yep, it's a very good one. 🙂
