The Pest?
A customer was bothering the waiter in a restaurant. First, he asked that the air conditioning be turned up because he was too hot, then he asked it be turned down cause he was too cold, and so on for about half an hour.
Surprisingly, the waiter was very patient, he walked back and forth and never once got angry.
So finally, a second customer asked him why he didn’t throw out the pest.
”Oh, I really don’t care or mind,” said the waiter with a smile. ”We don’t even have an air conditioner.”

LOL, there's one in every crowd. I think I was the whiner yesterday when we were in Wal-mart. They had their air conditioning cranked and it was freezing in there. It was only 45 degrees outside so I would have preferred a little heat. Well at least I didn't complain to anyone. I just grumbled to myself 🙂

That's a good idea whether you have an a/c or not! Just say you'll turn it up/down and don't do a thing.
I think most places ignore your requests. Unless it is an overhead fan, how would you know.

Omgosh. I hear people like that all the time when I go out to eat! I'm just like, ya' know what. Go to McDonalds and leave the rest of us in peace.
