The California Commission on Judicial Performance has referred Attorney Clay Feet’s complaint against Judge Jeremy Sandstone to The Obsidian Fracturing and Retention or Termination Council.
The OFART-C has determined that Judge Sandstone acted extra judicially in his handling of the Family Court matter of Seymour’s children during his previous visit and acted beyond ethics of mountainous proportions in this current visit with his sledgehammered approach to Julia’s misadventures.
Accordingly, all previous charges against Seymour have been dismissed with prejudice, Julia has been remanded to custody, and Judge Sandstone has been defrocked.
“Shoot fire, heck a brick!’
Meanwhile, the local Department of Public Works has dismantled the campaign billboard in our driveway and the California Secretary of State has determined that now Mister Sandstone cannot run in our local election because he is not a resident of our city. Criminal charges of elections fraud have been filed.
Mary Granite has noticed that Element is working with a new person frequenting the neighborhood whom we believe to be a Private Investigator hired by Attorney Feet to gather evidence in the upcoming lawsuits. Her interest seems to be highly unusual.
Seymour is now worried about returning home and letting Das Skunk know about his most recent affliction.

I'd ground them both but they ARE ground, after a fashion…
You're right. They will still get in trouble no matter what we do. 🙂
Well things seem to be rolling in the right direction for them. Hopefully they can behave themselves from now on.
We can hope. They will be heading back to Colorado next week. 🙂
Let's hope all of this ends well and that both Seymour and Element learn their lessons this time.
I'm hoping it does end well. You never know with these two though. 🙂
If the PI that Element is working with turns our to be Mossy Stone. Be very careful, he is one slippery character. But he's not a PI he's a computer hacker specializing in hacking into voter registration files. He sells the files to dishonorable candidates who use them to inflate the voter roles. There will be more votes cast than actual voters. He leaves no stone un-turned.
I didn't know this post was going to be about Hillary. You and I are on the same page as usual. 🙂
I love it!

From now on whatever your comment it here it will be mine at your blog. Just saying. 🙂
Well then the first part does indeed sound like good news! Maybe it will help the family to finally get on less rocky ground 🙂
I don't think they know how to get on less rocky ground. Try as they might. 🙂
This controversy has been going on since Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble.
Yes, some things never change do they. 🙂
The life of the rocks is very exciting. I can't seem to come up with a smart comment. But maybe they need a boulder to get them all straight. Sandee, you and Zane have a fantastic day.
There is never a dull moment with these two. They are always up to no good. Most entertaining. 🙂
I would hope that they learned some valuable lessons, Sandee! Thank you so much for all you share. I hope you have a great week! 🙂
I am not sure you can teach a rock anything. They do what they wish and usually it's the wrong thing to do. 🙂
Boy oh boy- the saga continues! Thanks for your kind and welcome prayers. xoxo
With these two nothing ever seems to settle down. They are most entertaining though. 🙂
Perhaps this is the start of a new beginning and a sign of being rock solid LOL couldn't resist that :-d
Have a rocktastic Tuesday Sandee (o)
These two don't know how to be rock solid. 🙂
Anita Fix after reading the story and comments, and she don't come cheap.
No she doesn't. 🙂
It is always good when justice is served on those who deserve it.
Sometimes the good guys win. I like that too. 🙂
Are all these decisions set in stone?
No, with these two nothing is set in stone. 🙂
Who knew there'd be such a ruckus from Seymour's visit to CA. Wonder if CO is ready for his return?
His dad seems to get him to behave very well. It's the rest of us he visits that he thinks he can do whatever he wants. 🙂
Perhaps threatening to encase them in concrete would knock some sense into them.
We can try Binky, but nothing we've threatened him with has made any difference. 🙂
