Some of the best plans go by the wayside when you’re boating. Yesterday morning we left Benicia heading toward Ballena Bay. We got into the San Pablo Bay and rocked and rolled. We all decided that this wasn’t what we wanted to do for 3-4 hours. We turned around and headed for Napa Valley Yacht Club.
We had a wonderful dinner at the yacht club last night and met lots of their members. A great time had by all.
The following three pictures are our view this beautiful Saturday morning.
One of our boating buddies is making us breakfast and after a bit were going to visit the Blues, Brews and BBQ festival they are having this weekend.

The water on San Pablo Bay was awful. We were stressed out after about 20 minutes. We turned around and headed for calm water. 🙂

With boating you can do that a lot. The water can be like glass or it will be the worst ride ever. We don't like those terrible rides. 🙂

We spend about a third of our time on our boat. We love all things boating. Napa has been fun. 🙂

San Pablo Bay was awful. This was a much better alternative that 3-4 hours of jaw clenching water. 🙂
