Been there, done that. Just add 01 to the end of that last password and hopefully they are good to go.At least it looks like a secure password. Now if the user could just remember that many characters

I use Robo Form now to remember all my passwords, if I should and do forget, to many Birthdays!!

With some systems, there are no easy passwords.
I've got a couple of banks that drive me crazy. You have to have his many letters, and this many in uppercase and this many numbers. Drives me crazy. 🙂
