After years of research, I can tell you that I have proven several of these to be true.
Have a great day
Yes, they are all true. Some more painful than others. 🙂
No wonder i can never find my dead batteries, the children always ran off with the flashlights and lost them. Have a great Tuesday!
I remember when you couldn’t keep batteries in the house. The kids used them all for one thing or another. 🙂
true laws <3
Murphy always tells the truth. 🙂
LOL! We enjoyed your list…starts our day off with a good laugh and smile.
I do a lot of goofy things here. As long as I’m doing positive things it’s good. 🙂
Yep, those be true fur sure!
That’s what makes them so fun. 🙂
Thanks Sandee for the great laughs this morning. I certainly will go for number 7. Sandee, you and Zane have a fabulous day.
I’m happy I made you smile. Extra love to Two Two. I so worry about her. 🙂
The best humor has at least a kernel of truth. ~nods~ Happy Tuesday!
I agree, Darla. Happy Tuesday to you too. 🙂
Murphy’s Laws are fun and sort of true. Hope you have a wonderful day. Purr and I have been cleaning the house for Christmas…. IMHO she is far too helpful, particularly when the chore is washing the kitchen floor (yesterday’s project)… I’d have dunked her in the mop bucket if I didn’t think she’d enjoy that.
I can remember all the cleaning before you entertain. We do it when we want now since we don’t entertain. I’m happy about that. 🙂
I started out with nothing and yes, I still have most of it. However, Lucy was the last one adopted from her litter and we are sure that she is the best one of the bunch. Take that Murphy!
Miss Lucy is the best one of the litter because of you and your wife. Bad parents, bad dogs. Good parents, good dog. 🙂
I love the flashlight one 🙂 Happy Tuesday!
I can’t count the times I’ve needed one only to find the batteries dead.
Got your beautiful Christmas card in the mail yesterday. Thank you for thinking of me.
Happy Tuesday to you too, Ellen.
What absolute jewels full of truth…especially the shin and flashlight. LOL
Hugs Cecilia
Yes they are. They are the best kind. Well not the shin one so much. 🙂
Haha! I am not sure which of your real laws are my favorite. I hope you are having a lovely December and looking forward to the holidays!
I don’t know what my favorite is either. I hope you and yours have a wonderful December and very happy holidays too. 🙂
The buck did stop here. I had to clean up the deer poop on the driveway.
You crack me up, Kismet. I love your comments. 🙂
Fun statements and such truth to be found ~ LOL ~ Xox from Ms. Z and me ~ ^_^
Happy Day to you,
A ShutterBug Explores,
aka (A Creative Harbor)
I love funny things that happen to be true. Part of living. Happy day to you and Ms. Zoe. 🙂
Like the shin, the toes are for finding hard, immovable objects in the dark too!
Yes they do. Mine prove this true often. 🙂
There is much truth to these! 🙂
That’s what makes them even more funny. 🙂
All of those are great Sandee, but I really like number 7. I hope you are having a good week so far. Have a wonderful day honey.
Love & hugs ❤ 🤗
I’m having a great week. It’s quiet right now. We have all of Christmas done so that’s a good thing. One more drop off and we’re all done. Love and hugs back. 🙂
For some reason I like the “flashlight” comment. Think I shall check a few out today.
We did the same thing. All new batteries in ours. It’s winter and that’s something that should be checked before the bad weather sets in. 🙂
My pet rock, Seymour, says in regards to #5: the way this type of research is conducted proves to him that cornflakes can be fatal to lab rats. This is proven by the usual method of excessive quantities of the item being researched being made emphatically available to the lab rats being used in the study. In short, if one shoves a box of cornflakes up a lab rat’s ass, it will inevitably prove fatal.
I told him that the same thing was true of canned corned beef hash, which got one of those should-be-patented pet rock face palms
Seymour is very smart. You know that to be true. I love Seymour. 🙂
Loved these! #5 is So true 🙂 ((Hugs)) Merry Christmas!!
Merry Christmas to you too, honey. 🙂
Hey Sandee, those are pretty funny and sadly true. Come back and link up. If you want me to link to your site in the sidebar with your blog icon, let me know. I just threw away a giant battery bank that held batteries, most of them dead.
You can link anything you want, Jeanna. I appreciate it. Thanks for linking up to Happy Tuesday. 🙂
Those are some good ones! It never fails that when we need a flashlight, the batteries are in there, but out of power. haha.
Happy Tuesday! <3
Hubby changes the batteries every fall now. We used to have dead batteries all the time. 🙂
Haha. Enjoyed your funnies. I could use a few bucks stop here too. 🙂
We could all use a few more bucks this time of year. 🙂
#6 – how sad but true – well, maybe not everybody. And Mom says we need to add the big toe to #3:)
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Yes, how sad and I agree about the big toe. It’s not just the shin. 🙂
I like and agree with numbers 4, 7, & 8. Have a happy day!
Sandee,
Thanks for the smiles. I wished the buck stopped here, too. I sure can use those bucks!
We can all use some of those bucks. I hope some find it to your house. 🙂
Totally agree with you on #1. Sometimes I look for a book but couldnt find it but later on found in BBW sale.
#2. LOL… yea.. my son likes to play with them till the batteries are dead
#3 and also time for hardboiled eggs coz over here we use hardboil eggs for bruises
#4 – hated both
#5 – LOL
#6 – LOL
#7 – me too me too
#8 – nah… i may have gain a few pounds there
Thanks for playing along. I love your answer on the last one. Hadn’t thought of that. 🙂
Yup…definitely the real Murphy’s Laws. Too funny!
Funny and so spot on. 🙂
LOL, I love your Murphy’s real laws, especially the flashlight storing dead batteries!
Oh the flashlight one has been done here so many times over the years. 🙂
