Here are my answers:
1. When I am nervous, I quit eating. If I could be nervous all the time I would be thin, but if I was nervous all the time I wouldn’t be as healthy.
2. When I am angry, I go for a long walk. Nothing settles me down like exercise. I try very hard to keep my mouth shut too. It doesn’t always work, but I try very hard to not say what I’m thinking.
3. Today, I know for sure that I live a charmed life. The best thing that ever happened to me is my precious husband. I’m so very blessed.
4. For St. Patrick’s day, I will do what I do every single day. We don’t celebrate here, but I do enjoy seeing what others do to celebrate. No green beer for us. We also love corned beef and cabbage year around.

Long walks always helped me when I was angry. I always did my best cleaning then too. Keeping my mouth shut isn’t always easy. The older I get the worse I am at it too.
And if I’m by myself it’s the best. I don’t need anyone else to be around. I know it’s not easy to keep the mouth shut either. I do it pretty well anymore, but there was a time. 🙂

We don’t celebrate St. Patrick’s day either. Used to when we were younger!
I did when I was younger too. For Christmas it took days to get all the decorations out and up. I so loved it. Don’t do it anymore. It’s okay though. 🙂

I wish I didn’t eat when I get nervous — I usually get a craving from something like ice cream or tiramisu. You are very lucky with your husband. I’m with you on the green beer, nope.

The jail served green scrambled eggs years ago and started a riot. It was something else. 🙂
omg! really? Was it for St. Patty’s? and did the folks riot because they were afraid it was moldy? It would make a great country song title though — I remember the day green eggs started a riot. Eggs and riot just are not words you expect to be paired.

That cat looks like my granddaughter’s cat. 🙂 My mom used to always clean when she was mad. I’ve never thought about it until now, but our house was always clean… I don’t think she was always mad, ha!! I’ll have to ask her. 😉

When I’m nervous or stressed, I eat. Wish it was the opposite 🙂
I can remember during my divorce many years ago, that I lost a ton of weight. I needed to get a divorce, but the stress of it made me not eat. I didn’t even realize I wasn’t eating. I just didn’t eat. 🙂

I so wish I didn’t eat when I was nervous, but it’s the exact opposite for me – I’m definitely an emotional eater. I knew you would have your husband at #3, just like I have – we’re both blessed.

I’m with you. I won’t be doing anything for St. Patrick’s Day either. I’m so glad it falls on a weekend this year. Watching kids I always have to wear green. Considering I don’t have much green in my closet, it always works out better for me if I don’t have to bother with it.
I didn’t get it right the first time, but this time I did. I’m forever grateful.

For St. Patrick’s Day this year, we are going into our little town to enjoy the fun and frolics. There will be live music (including an Irish band) and I am sure the people watching will be great! Just might be something in a future post about this!

When I’m angry, I watch a movie! Then I forget everything! I can’t eat when I’m nervous too!
I have trouble turning off my mind. Reading or watching a movie wouldn’t work for me, but that walk does and I can really pick them up and put them down with I’m angry. 🙂
