I remember all too well eating too many hard boiled Easter eggs. I’m pretty sure we didn’t store them in the refrigerator after dying them which meant they sit out nearly the whole day before and all day on Easter. That couldn’t have been good for us. We were just ignorant, even our parents. I don’t think food poisoning was ever mentioned when I was kid so they probably didn’t know of such things or that it’s not a good idea to eat food that’s been out of the refrigerator for hours.

With the exception of the eye color and the girth, this cat reminds me of our kitten, Taz. Beautiful blue all over.

What an adorable Easter image! And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I am with you on #2. I really hope to go more minimal this year, and don’t want to make many big purchases. Of course, that being said, so far this year my washer has croaked and I’ve had to buy a new one, and my hot water heater went out the other day and had to be repaired. But, maybe all of that is done and over with now. I hope you had a wonderful Easter with lots of chocolate!
