    • Sandee says:

I hope you’re feeling better, Marg. I’ve been worried about you and those hives. You have a great Friday and weekend too, my friend. 🙂

What a pretty little cat!! I agree, I can’t wait for flowers to bloom either, and also get very nervous about heights!

That kitty looks like it is a small version of a very big cat!

    Here are this weeks questions:

    • Sandee says:

I love all your answers and thanks for playing along.

Are we going to see a picture of your new grand-baby? Happy weekend. 🙂

      • Rosey A says:

I hope so soon. I have plenty but I keep forgetting to ask her mom and dad if it’s okay!! My daughter has always been very private, but she’s opening up some now with the baby here. We’ll see what she says. 🙂 Your state has a lot of mountain driving, yes? I love it if someone else is at the wheel!! 🙂

        • Sandee says:

Oh goody. Just make sure you don’t use any names and that the photograph has no location embedded.

Yes we have the sierras and they are most beautiful. I love for someone else to drive while I look out the window too. 🙂

  3. foguth says:

Meowser Ms. Sandee, you and I see things in a very similar way. By the way, that is a very handsome kitty you’re featuring today. Hope you have a purrfectly special day!

    • Sandee says:

Yes we do see things the same way. I’ve known that for some time. It’s a good thing. You have a purrfectly special day too. 🙂

    • Sandee says:

It is a different kind of kitty and I liked that. I’m not a fan of heights or anything that’s dangerous. Have a wonderful weekend. Big hugs. 🙂

  4. 15andmeowing says:

That is a beautiful kitty. Thank you for joining in the fill-ins, great answers. I admire honest and loyal people too- they are hard to find these days. And I am proud to call you friend. Have a wonderful weekend! XO

    • Sandee says:

Not as cute as Ms. Zoe, but it’s Feline Friday and kitties rule. Happy Friday and weekend, my friend. Scritches to Ms. Zoe. 🙂

No spring here today. Wet and cold and the sun will return on Sunday. Oh well. You’re welcome for the link. Happy weekend and scritches to all the kitties. 🙂

    • Sandee says:

We’re heading to the boat today. It’s going to rain today and tomorrow, but we have stuff that needs doing. Happy weekend from our house to yours. 🙂

  6. Cathy Kennedy says:

    Sandee,

What kind of kitty is in the picture? It favors a cougar with its color. Heights make me extremely nervous. I remember one time I climb onto the roof of my childhoo house to see what my daddy was doing but when it came time to get off, I barely got myself off there. I guess it would’ve been easier had I gotten up there by ladder but that’s not how I did it and for the life of me I can’t remember how I did it now. It almost seems like there was something we used on the side of the house to help us get up there and the only way to get off was to lay on your stomach with your legs dangling over the side hoping to reach that magical spot sightless. Plus, there wasn’t much of anything to hang onto going down. God kept His hands on this kid, I tell you! 🙂

    • Sandee says:

I’ve had a like experience with heights. God was watching over me too.

The kitty is a Abyssinian. I found it most unusual. Very pretty cat. 🙂

    • Sandee says:

Hubby and I watch shows where there are heights involved and we’re all over the place trying to not fall off. 🙂

  7. Jim says:

She is thinking but not saying, “Now why did you wake me up?” So cute, I’d take her any day. 🙂

    this weeks questions:
    1 I admired President George H.W. Bush___.
2 I can’t wait for Cactus in Rio _ to bloom.
3 I’m proud to say _not very much about our current political situation
    .
4 _Riding with someone else sort of ___ make(s) me nervous.
    🙂 ♥ ♥ ♥ 🙂

  8. violaetcetera says:

    This kitty looks very thoughtful.
Being honest and loyal are very good values to live for.
As a child, I could climb everything, but now I don’t like heights as well.
    Have a nice week!

  9. Holly G. says:

Love your answers and that kitty is adorable!! She looks tired 🙂 Rest my head here on this poofy thing 🙂 What a great capture! Can’t go wrong with the furbabies <3 Happy Friday to you and yours!

    • Sandee says:

I’d never even heard of that kind of kitty. there are so many. Happy Feline Friday to you too, Barbara. 🙂

  10. L.M.G. Miller says:

Oh, Abyssinians are so stunning! And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I am also so very ready for spring to bring us all of the flowers. Any day now, spring! And I also relate to heights making you nervous. I am actually fine with heights if I’m in a building and have walls around me, but when it comes to tall ladders or anything resembling a cliff, I’m out. Have a beautiful day!

    • Sandee says:

I hear you about heights. If I have walls around me I’m okay too. Those glass elevators don’t bother me either, but put me on a roof and I’m toast.

Thank you for co-hosting the Friendly Fill-ins. I so enjoy this each week. Happy weekend. 🙂

  11. Suzanne Gunter McClendon says:

    What a precious kitty. 🙂

Which flowers are you especially waiting for? The big deal here are the bluebonnets. Usually, I see the Indian Paintbrushes first each year, but this year, I saw a bluebonnet first. Some folks have really good patches of these wildflowers. One yard even has pink bluebonnets, but they won’t let anyone photograph them. It would be a great picture, too, because their house is an old filling station. 🙂

Honesty and loyalty are great traits to have.

Heights don’t really bother me, but the thought of a big fall sure does! What is the highest height you’ve had to endure? My mother is afraid of heights, too, and I really struck a nerve with her once when we were in the sky buckets at a theme park. I pointed out how we could see the tops of the trees. She was not impressed. Yes, I was a bratty teenager. 😛

Have a blessed weekend, my friend!

    • Sandee says:

Any flowers. There just isn’t any as yet. Color of any kind would be most wonderful.

If I’m enclosed I can do heights okay. Not when I’m not enclosed. I can handle glass elevators on the side of a skyscraper okay, but put me on a three story roof and get me anywhere near the edge and I’m not okay.

Have a blessed weekend too. 🙂

      • Suzanne Gunter McClendon says:

We’re spoiled around here. We have flowers of some sort around all parts of the year. The spring wildflower season is the best, though. 🙂 I hope the flowers wake up soon in your area.

Elevators, glass or otherwise, do a number on me. I’m terrified of getting trapped in one. Our girls have been stuck in them on several occasions. Very scary.

Does it make you dizzy to be near the edge if you’re up high? I get wobbly, but am still curious. I don’t get right up to the edge, though, because I know I’ll fall off. Here’s hoping we both can maintain our footing in these situations!

Have a blessed weekend, my friend!

    • Sandee says:

I can do the malls okay, Hubby can’t. He doesn’t want to be near the edge of anything high. Happy weekend. 🙂

  12. Magical Mystical Mimi says:

Ooohh. I love the color of that kitty. I think I’ve only ever seen that color on horses. 🙂 – Loved your answers and I’m twinning with you on all of them. – I hope you’re having a great weekend, Sandee and I hope you see your flowers very soon. <3

    • Sandee says:

Me too on the flowers. It’s gloomy here. It rained yesterday and it rained all night. I hope it clears up some and we can see the sun today. I’m tired of the gloomy. 🙂

  13. Eastside Cats says:

Heights make me nervous too; I’ve got no depth-perception, so it’s all so overwhelming. When driving across bridges, I keep my eyes straight forward; looking to the side makes me crazy!

  14. meowmeowmans says:

Such a beautiful little Abyssinian. And look how it’s got it’s head on that toy, like a pillow. Adorable!

Thank you for hosting, Sandee. BTW, we admire honest and loyal people, too. 100%! 🙂

  15. Valentine says:

That lil’ pussycat sure has a fine pillow to rest his head on. It looks like a lil’ chick that might come in an Easter basket. Tee hee hee.

Oh I wish you weren’t fearful of heights. You can see amazing things from up high. It’s like being on top of the world! Being up high shouldn’t be just for the birdies and those noisy metal things that humans have invented, anyway.

    • Sandee says:

I wish I wasn’t afraid of heights either, but I am. Oh well, I think we all have something we fear. 🙂

  16. Pamela Jackson says:

    Love your answers…..Here are mine.

1 I admire _______people who smile no matter how bad things are____.
2 I can’t wait for _____everything____ to bloom.
3 I’m proud to say ____I am a nice and fun person______.
4 _________my fibro___ make(s) me nervous.

    • Sandee says:

Thanks for playing along, Pam. I love your answer to #1. That’s so important. I think you’re a nice and fun person too. 🙂

    • Sandee says:

I think we all have our fears, but mine is heights and the list continues. Snakes, spiders and so on. 🙂
