1. The highlight of my summer so far has been our cruise with our friends, waking up each morning, our decent health and sharing our lives with each other.
2. August is a good time to enjoy more boating adventures, waking up each morning, being in decent health and sharing our lives with each other .
3. My honesty often gets me into trouble. I can get both feet in my mouth and still be understood. That’s talent right there.
4. I smile every time I see my granddaughter and great grands. We’ll see them on the 13th.

Pretty cat. My highlights are our cruises too. A totally different scale I know, but we also meet up with old friends again, both passengers and crew.
We didn’t care for the big cruises that you love, but we love our boat. Big hug. 🙂

We’re planning a delta cruise to end the season. Probably in October. It’s cooler and lots of folks are off the water after Labor Day. 🙂

I love the eyes

The highlight of my summer so far has been vacation to St. Augustine, FL.
2. August is a good time to stay in the shade. 100 degree temperatures have become a common occurrence in NW Arkansas this year..
3. My dry, and sometimes a bit sarcastic, sense of humor often gets me into trouble with the family.

That is a real cutie! I am so late but the week has taken too many wrong turns so exhaustion is setting in. A good night’s rest and a final basketball game for Brody tomorrow will make it all better. HUGS & LOVE across the miles.
Our planned trip to the boat got sidelined. We had a mechanical issues that prevented us from getting our boat inspected so we returned home the same day. Our usual route home had a detour that was awful. I was exhausted and stressed by the time we get home. I was driving. Awful. Love and hugs, my friend. 🙂
